He is very professional and does not seek the "H & R Block client". He does demand that you come in prepared and not expect him to sort through your paperwork and construct the tax filing for you. He has never charged me for phone calls made at any time to answer questions regarding taxes, income, distributions, planning for finances or future taxes and willingly researches issue for me. You will not pay a bargain price for his services but it is good to know that he will not nit-pick you for every piece of information or phone call you make to him. He himself is approaching retirement and now choses to pick his clients based on how the client has treated him in his practice. I am glad to say I am one of those chosen to remain his client during his culling of his client base. He has downsized his practice to fit his schedule both for tax filing and client support. Personal service is something he prides himself on. Once my wife asked him some questions about potential future issues. His answer was "that's why I am here for you as your tax advisor". If you want a bargain priced tax preparation you will not find it here. Thanks Rick for your professional service.
