After telling Eugenia what I was looking for she focused only on the homes in my budget and in areas that I explained to her would be fitting for me and my quiet lifestyle. In one day she had a list of homes for me to look at. Despite her preparing for a much needed vacation, she agreed to meet me at the properties the following morning on little notice. I came to McComb, MS from Louisiana and before arriving Eugenia did very through detailed videos of the houses that I was interested in which saved me an unimaginable amount of time. I arrived an hour before her, looked at all of the houses and had it narrowed down to two by the time we met. I put in a bid the same day. Eugenia made absolutely certain that all negotiations were in my favor. This was my first time purchasing a home so knowing that I had a good agent on my side really put my mind at ease. Her knowledge was exemplary and it made the purchase of this home a breeze. After the purchase of my home was complete Eugenia still checked on me and made sure that all was well. I sent her a text the other day because I was missing a document and she told me where I could find the document which again, saved me a great deal of time. If you are looking for a thorough, attentive, smart, no nonsense agent that will get you in to the home of your dreams, look Eugenia V. Harrison up. If I could give 10 Stars on this review I would! Be cautious when purchasing investments from Lisa Dillon (seller). I was told the property I…read morepurchased had a "newish" roof (2-3 years old). It had undisclosed tree branch damage. I was refused a nominal reimbursement for repair. My number was blocked by Lisa, totally unnecessary, I think. Do not take her word. She doesn't visually inspect her property, she speaks about the property as if she had recently been there and that was not the case. The ink had not even dried on paper when all the niceness disappeared. I still have to pay for the damage out-of-pocket. I will buy other property, but through a competitor since my number is blocked. Really? I would have rated 3 stars had my number not been blocked and 4 stars if I had been reimbursed for undisclosed damages. But not 5 stars because I paid more than the property was worth. It's unfortunate how things turned out.
