The dentist was very good with describing my problem after viewing images, and suggested I needed a crown. He then said to email him if there were additional questions. After paying my bill the reception person was unable to print out the estimate I was given verbally by the dentist stating she "didn't know how to print it" and was filling in for someone out sick. So after waiting and waiting, I asked if she would be kind enough to email me it and she agreed to do so. It has been over 3 weeks and no estimate was ever sent. Two weeks ago I emailed Dr. Hollander with some follow up questions regarding the crown as well as what they are doing regarding Covid19 guidelines; to date I have still not received a response. It seems to me a very strange way to run a business. I don't think anyone would want to go to an unresponsive dentist.

This is a recommendation is based over a decade+ appointments, procedures, services, and interactions. Dr. Lowe and the staff have been simply amazing and I couldn't imagine going to another dentist. Dr. Lowe has an excellent bedside manner, is very personable, and he and the entire team focus on patient care. Special shout out Missy and to my excellent dental hygienist Melissa who are part of the care team. Dr. Lowe & team offer the best personalized and comprehensive care. I personally do routine cleanings, X-rays, and fillings here. I have even had deep cleaning services, an acrylic flipper made, and then an upgrade to a metal partial for two missing teeth. He was the same friendly person I had had experienced the first couple times. Calming my nerves is a key part of my visit and they understand me and my fear. Dr. Clay patiently went over my plan again walking me through the process, being totally honest about my concerns, reassuring me, helping me to find avenues in which I can get the procedures done. We are a family of 8 and many of my companies employees are patients but nothing more than the briefest of introductions before starting in on my youngest. By the time we had left we had been admonished about his oral care, correcting his bite, expanding his palate, and potentially removing his tonsils. When I asked how I could expect compliance from a 7 year old to wear a retainer I was told ... take his iPad away from him if he doesn't ... or he will end up with a palate expander later. I am thankful that I many excellent long term relationships with orthodontists and ENTs who contradicted the given advice to give me a better and fuller understanding of this particular child's challenges. The final and completely unnecessary straw was having me sign a document acknowledging the price if his twin needed a tooth pulled ... because you can't just send the quote home with me- you need my signature... (because I'm 5.) Employees were all perfectly nice and no complaints about friendliness of employees or cleanliness and appearance of facility. The buck ends at the top though. At the end of the day it's about the attitude and relationship with the dentist. It's wasn't there for me that day.

Thanks to the high tech appointment reminders and digital patient forms, I was able to have everything prepared for my appointment and was taken back shortly after my arrival. The hygienist assistant, Ashley was so welcoming and friendly. She told me everything she was going to do before doing it, which left me with no questions whatsoever. Next, the hygienist, Kristen came in for my cleaning and was so very sweet and gentle. I have fillings 20 years old that never had to be touched again yet I'm getting more work done to fix their work than anything in under a year of being a new patient. I work in the Dental field that's not common; it is indicative of subpar work. They once told myndaughter that her teeth are hard to floss because the fillings they did are so big. Just in the office twice in the last 6 months, once complaining of pain in the area where they performed a root canal and they said they didn't see anything wrong but all of a sudden just yesterday my child needs a root canal of the tooth behind the previous one. Dr. Rosenthal must've gotten offended that I had questions about how this could be since we were just there with concerns about the area because the next day the office manager calls and dimisses us from the practice. We were already going to go somewhere else because of the pattern of bad dental work.
