My cousin got us tickets that included lunch - & the 360 views of the Gold Coast are just breathtaking. You can read a bit of history abt the coast and walk around and look through telescopes to see up close the oceanic views. It's amazing - definitely would come back to see it again. The food was pretty - good in taste but pretty standard and nothing to write home about.

There, you have your warning. NOW... if we didn't pay and the experience deteriorated and the end of the cantilever bridge snapped off for example... you get the point. I completely understand other Yelpers and my partners view of getting this experience for free in the National Park but you can only get it from the ground. This is that plus being in the treetops. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I saw a wallaby and a really pretty blue dragonfly. The paths are maintained to a very high standard. There are information points along the walk about trees and wildlife. The cantilever bridge, with the green scenery beyond looks like the approach to a Jurassic Park viewing platform. If you stand still at the end of it you can see and feel it gently swaying. Not for those with a fear of heights but worth a look if visiting the region.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a spacious bedroom, good bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and living/dining area that had been renovated to a high standard. The pool is sparkling and the gardens are beautifully maintained with lush green lawns. We stayed for 6 nights and went to the beach and pool most mornings, so we really appreciated the laundry facilities in our apartment. There is secure underground parking in the complex. During our stay, we checked out the penthouse which was gorgeous - 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 levels with stunning views. Carolyn is a lovely host - super welcoming, friendly and helpful. This is highly recommended for a Surfers Paradise stay.

Well, you certainly can't get any fancier than this, and I have to admit that this place was pretty expensive. Still, it certainly did provide us with a really nice rest, and it was pretty close to, well, practically everything that you needed to get to when you are on the Gold Coast. Oh, and the pool was pretty awesome as well, and you also got some pretty decent views, especially if you were up on one of the towers.
