treated me like i was stupid for asking for clarification on why they could not help. old lady just kept repeating herself. maybe she should retire if she can't understand basic questions. she only lengthened an already difficult process by being rude. there are better places to go with nicer individuals. of all the phones calls i had today, this one was the only where someone was unable to help me or at least explain why they couldn't. read more
