We were picked up by a driver in a passenger van prior and dropped off after which was great since we knew we would have some cocktails on board the boat. He was great! Very nice and took good care of us. When we arrived, the driver escorted us to the Cabo Adventure center where we were met by one of the crew members and then escorted to the boat following check-in. We walked a short distance to the boat, passing by many vendors and shops who of course chased you down for sales, donations, etc. But all is good, just say no thank you and they leave you alone. We arrived to the boat and were introduced to our captain, and team. Mauricio, Manuel and Derick. All three were very nice. They catered to whatever we requested from drinks, lunch and snorkeling time. When we arrived, they shared we had a photographer taking pictures throughout the day. I was excited as I am usually the one always taking photos so it would be nice to have a photographer taking pictures of our group instead of me. And, to have professional photos would be great! I only snapped a couple of pictures as we boarded because it looked like he was taking a lot of photos of us in front of the arches, hanging on the boat, etc. throughout the afternoon. I also thought the photos were included. They are not. The boat ride was great. Drinks were great. They made cocktails for us. Snorkeling was nice. Views were beautiful. They answered our questions of the area. We have a delicious light lunch of chips and guac, pasta salad, chicken salad and fruit. The staff couldn't be nicer. The photographer is nice. When we arrived back at the center, we were directed to the "photography" area where we quickly learned our photos would be $200! I calmly said let me look at the photos because if they are really that good, I'll pay for great photos. Sadly, they were all just awful! Only 1 decent photo out of 50 or so photos and even that photo needed major editing. Shadows, weird light. We had 2 different group shots. The photos in front of the arches, the top of the arches were cut off! Who cuts off the arches? Not one good picture in front of the arches. They do NOT have professional photographers my friends. Take your own photos. Don't let them convince you otherwise. I still purchased 3 photos as I thought I could use apps to improve them and wanted a memory of our day. $100 for 3 photos. Such a disappointment. I want to give this company 3 stars because of the photo situation but the rest of the experience was great and the photo situation is obviously a personal preference. If I had any photos other than 2, I would share them, TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS. Do not let them talk you into their photographer or you will be disappointed and out a lot of money.

Our trainer and instructor Nely was great, important and useful information on safety for both us humans and dolphin Kobe, some general guidelines plus buoyancy jackets and masks brought to us. Kobe is a four year old male, excited to have new friends to show off his talents, and had fun with us and loved his gentle massages. I could've stayed in the water all day but of course couldn't .. Nely taught how to get Kobe to spin, be a shark zooming to us, blowing underwater rings, and other tricks. Best morning experience coming here. There are lockers as you're not allowed to keep jewelry, watches, earrings and such on while in with the dolphins; NO sunscreen either, but call and ask about reef safe sunscreen when you book if it's ok: I believe the policy is absolutely none. We don't want to unwittingly harm the dolphins when hugging ! I suggest you book direct with them as opposed to through your hotel or other agencies. While waiting to be escorted to the pool there's some chairs and tables in the shade near the lockers, after you check in. Inside you can have sandwiches and some other snacks, beer, sodas and such; also a selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts rashguards, hats, and lots of dolphin plushies.

To many people pretended they were with the company and then trying to sell you something else as leaving the customs area. Once finally got to right place, only had to wait a few minutes. Was given a piece of paper and said to call the day before departure date to confirm your pick up time of NOON. We did just that and was told we were all set. Departure day comes, we are in the lobby of the hotel at 11:55. We are sitting there and waiting. 12:20 comes, we call and they tell us the driver is right around the corner and will be there shortly. Another 20 minutes goes by, we call again and they start telling us the driver was there at NOON and couldn't find us so they left. After checking with the person at the gate, who notes everyone that comes in and out, they never showed up. At 12:50 jumped in a taxi ($35, on top of what we paid to company for transfer) and got to the airport. By the time we went through all the check points, we barely made our flight. We got to the gate in time to get on the bus to the plane. I wouldn't recommend this company. Pay a little more each way and take the cab!

Booked the ATV tour through their website. Was concerned with how close it would be butting up against our cruise departure time. This was when they were the most responsive, trying to get you to book their tours. Even then, there was a lot of misinformation. Now I know why, because they don't actually provide the tour themselves. I'll skip the actual tour itself, you can read my review on Amigo's Cabos Moto Rent Yelp page or TripAdvisor. Tl;dr is more hidden fees (on top of the $25 for ranch fee and $25 for insurance) and they took us on a different tour than I booked. Before I get into the main issue, the side issue was that they never coordinated our transportation properly with the tour group. In the email, they asked us to arrive at the pickup location at 7:30. We ended up calling the number they provided (Amigos) at around 7:40 and they had not even left for pickup yet. I reached out to Cabo San Lucas Tours on 12/30 explaining that I was taken on the cheaper tour to Migrino Beach vs Candelaria. All I asked for was originally was the difference, wasn't even asking them to refund the whole cost. They contacted Amigo's who claimed they took us to the Candelaria. Once I provided geolocation and time stamped picture of us at Migrino Beach, Cabo San Lucas Tours has been unresponsive. Overall, avoid services provided here as they partner with shady companies and don't take responsibility for their bookings.

Our plane arrival to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) was 3 hours late on December 19th, 2025…read more Cabo San Lucas Tours still took us to our destination hotel location anyway after waiting less than an hour or so after late airport arrival. I'm grateful for that as well as the $68 price for both arrival and departure trips to the hotel location and airport. However, for the return trip back to the airport on December 29th, 2025, Cabo San Lucas Tours told us to call in advance the day or next day after our arrival for a new confirmed pick up time even though our voucher stated a 2 p.m. pick up time for December 29th, 2025. We were told over the phone on December 20th, 2025 that it would be 3 p.m. pick up time change rather than the 2 p.m. voucher time on December 29th, 2025. No problem, because our plane didn't depart Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) until 6:30 p.m. or so. On the day of departure (December 29, 2025), I both called and sent WhatsApp messages to confirm the changed 3 p.m. pick up time. Cabo San Lucas Tours would not answer the telephone call nor would they reply to the WhatsApp messages I sent until 2:05 p.m. when they wrote that our pick up time was 2 p.m. per the voucher. (No mention of the telephone call on December 20th that changed the pick up time to 3 p.m.) Subsequently, Cabo San Lucas Tours neither answered the telephone nor did they reply to several WhatsApp messages regarding their own caused mix-up time as we were stranded otherwise. As a result, I paid 800 pesos or around $45 extra for an Uber ride back to the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) so that we didn't miss our flight. As a result of this treatment, I do not recommend Cabo San Lucas Tours to anyone unless you're willing to pay in advance and take the chance of non-responsiveness and paying more money out of pocket in the event some glitch occurs with your travel plans.

As soon as I checked in at San Diego, I felt a calm. That Alaska AIRLINE had my back. Boarding process was as always perfect, my seat 1A was just what it always is comfortable and lovely. Then Cora took over and she made the entire short but sweet flight. Perfect always there when you need her. Always a smile on her face. Now I must get to the food which I'm never ever exiled about the food on AIRLINE. Alaska lets you choose a week in advance. What you wanna eat we chose a corned beef hash because it was an early flight, yes we were a little worried about how an airline was going to make corned beef hash. But boy, were we wrong? It was one of the best meals I've ever had on an airplane and I've been on a lot of airplanes. So thank you Alaska for the peace of mind, thank you, Cora for the great service and lastly, thank you for a great meal. In Cabo gonna have fun and of course Alaska will take us home.

There was a bad smell! Oh my gosh so gross! It smelled a bit like sewer! The whole flight! Having to deal with that odor? In first class? Awful!! The Airline attendants were very nice both flights. The food on our return flight? Not so great. My husband chose the beef chimichurri sandwich and said it was disgusting. He couldn't eat it. My cheese and fruit plate was good. Small, simple. Flying to and from LAX and Cabo is a short flight but still quite enjoyable in first class (minus that bad smell on our return flight) never had that happen before! I always choose Alaska Airlines if possible. Highly recommend!
