We started bone marrow and goat cheese salad both superb followed by schnitzel (best I've ever had) along with equally delicious and beautifully cooked beef cheeks Wellington. For dessert we had the mille feuille and Kafé bombe - both sublime -- ending with a Swiss sauternes. For me this was the best dinner of our week in Switzerland. Service was attentive but not overbearing. We had breakfast here the following morning as we stayed at the hotel which was equally as good as dinner, though service not as smooth. Excellent coffees and good poached eggs. The only bummer were the other Americans having breakfast who don't understand that people don't speak as loudly here and whose booming voices/conversations could be heard by everyone in the restaurant.
