After my oil pressure low light came on I had the car towed to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Willow Springs Killeen. The entire team there took an interest in my situation and the shift supervisor located the issue. The grommet on the new oil filter was damaged and was leaking oil when the engine was turned on. Even though they were not the shop that did the original oil change, they took ownership and did a whole new oil change for me and replaced the oil filter. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and really cared that my problem got solved. I would recommend the Valvoline at 1201 Willow Springs Killeen if you want prompt, courteous, and professional service.

My brakes were metal on metal in the back, and I nearly slid through a stop sign which scared the daylights out of me! When I took my car in. I was told that I need both front and back brakes in Cove. I called brakes plus to get an estimate over the phone and explained that I could only do the rear brakes at this time due to finances . When they did the inspection, which was free, they told me I only needed rear breaks and they could do them right away. I was in and out in one hour and it was $80 cheaper than my quotes from Cove. Had a huge problem with my 2006 Dodge Stratus. Timing belt broke on the road, we didn't know what…read morethe problem was immediately so we tried cranking it, throwing the timing off. Double overhead camshaft . . . yeah. Luckily, it wasn't an interferance engine, which the manual says it is, which is what the master tech told me, I told him about the research I'd done and the YouTube videos, which he went out and verified for himself. Brought it in, they went to work on it, even going so far as to ask me about changing the water pump, which I declined. He then explained that once he had it all put back together, there was a leak from a seal BEHIND the timing belt, so he took it ALL back apart to change it, free of charge. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because they said I could pick it up on Monday and it really wasn't ready until Wednesday. But it was a great experience.
