Felt the need to warn other patrons of the owner's behavior.) First off, I'm sure the staff of Classy Auto Spa are top notch, good people. This review is not intended for them. I am reviewing the owner. Understandably my vehicle was dirtier than normal, from children, whom everyone can relate (except this owner apparently) cause dirt and grime over the years (gum in the upholstery, etc.) Thanks to our current economic climate, both parents have to work to provide, leaving little time to keep up with vehicle maintenance. Which is why a customer turns to a business for assistance through payment of service. Most decent people would understand this, I thought. My thoughts were wrong. Introducing the owner of Classy Auto Spa. I must admit, the staff did a fabulous job of getting my vehicle clean. No complaints there. My complaint stems from the owner berating me over his opinion of how dirty my vehicle was and how difficult it was for his employees to clean. Understandably, I was charged an extra fee for the extra time it took to clean. No problem there. I just feel a company should do their job, charge extra if needed and keep their mouth shut. Insulting a family for doing their best because it took their employees longer to perform a service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to poor ownership, I will not be using their services again. Buyer beware, risk of insult from the owner. To the staff of Classy Auto Spa, props to you and thank you for your hard work.

When i first arrived from NH I had a puddle under my car and freaked out. I did not know any mechanics or anyone who could refer me. Soo i picked the closest to my residence. That was Drews at his Place by Frams. I drove it to his shop and he gave me a ride home then called me about half hour later and told me the bill was 20 bucks. I did not understand as I had a big puddle and for sure this was going to cost alot of money like something had blown a gasket or oil pan had a hole but Jason truthfully told me it was a loose air filter and just charged me for the oil. I was shocked as i drove that car all the way from NH without a problem . It could have been a big deal . I know a couple of fixers back in Nh That would have really tacked on the bill.
