Kakashi Ramen was an evening to remember. I joined Amy C for the Yelp Elite event. Although I wasn't on the guest list I decided to go and check it out. Right away we were greeted by a young server eager to help take our order. He explained our options as well as guide us through the ordering process. The decor had a certain flair about it. Decked out in a traditional style we felt comfortable with our choice. The Food Was Awesome. Staff so very helpful. What a wonderful place. Thanks Kakashi Ramen I will be back. Ronnie S

Spencer was helpful with running us through the ramen options! He was very kind and patient as I looked for a ramen bowl that fit my diet. I went with the Tan-tan ramen bowl that was their vegan option. I asked for no nuts and Spencer confirmed I didn't have a nut allergy. Which I appreciate, as other places aren't as careful with peanut allergies. They have seating mostly inside with a few seats outside. I also loved how they had photos of all their food in their menu. It is helpful when trying to make a decision with lots of great options! Overall, the place was perfect for a casual dinning! The ramen was one of the best vegan options I have had. It was creamy, not too spicy, and had plenty of tofu! Most places are not as generous but here they are!!

I attended the Yelp event yesterday and enjoyed the ramen so returned and got it again today for $10. I was disappointed to find less pork in the soup. This time I got two pieces. Yesterday, there were four pieces. Not enough protein today. The interior of the restaurant continues to smell very strongly of disinfectant cleaning spray. I brought my ramen outside. When I used some napkins, I found that they had gotten that disinfectant spray on them. They smelled very strong and obviously got spray on them when the employees were spraying down interior tables. I really hope that something changes regarding how they are cleaning. I started to worry the spray may be getting on the food they serve too.

I'm an out of towner and on the last two visits to the area I've taken my family to Nikka Ramen. We decided to try a new place this time and chose Takashi Ramen. The restaurant was clean with cool decor. The employee was very nice. Our ramen came out pretty quickly. As for the ramen, the noodles were good but I must say we prefer the flavor of Nikka Ramen's broths. Maybe that's just us so I think it's worth a try for others.

I went here with my mother in law after some shopping. My mother in law ordered a ramen while I ordered a pork katsu bowl and wontons. My mother in law really liked her ramen bowl. She said the broth was delicious and the noodles were cooked well too. The rice was cooked well in my bowl but I wish the pork katsu was just a bit crispier. We both liked the wontons but I wish the wrappers held up more because some broke apart while picking them up. Service was just okay. Workers weren't really friendly but food was delivered very quickly. The inside is cute and clean. And there's seating for groups of all sizes.

The ramen here is always to-die-for!! Since we first tried here, we've been here multiple times now. The food is just that good! It's consistently cooked the same each time, and it's FULL of flavor. The service is always great, lots of smiles. Just overall a great experience!

Wow what an amazing treat!!! I ordered the veggie tan tan but got it with chicken in place of tofu. It was SO good, the flavor was spicy but not overboard and I was able to enjoy it for an additional meal. It was a large ramen bowl and I enjoyed every minute of it, twice. The service was also great and although it was a very warm day and hot inside the building, it was an appetizing dinner. Noodles and beer, yep!! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends. Thank you!!!

This ramen spot is really good We enjoyed the tasty broth, I don't know why it took me so long to visit, great location in Goleta with plenty of parking Ambiance is casual , you order on machines - very easy to use - and wait at your table They have other items besides ramen, see menu on the pics. Ramen portion is big, easily two meals.

Wasn't expecting this ramen spot in a shopping center in Santa Barbara! I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed my ramen bowl and the gentlemen working was very kind and attentive.

I was initially reluctant to make the 25-minute trek, but I love good Ramen. Part-Time living in Downtown Los Angeles and San Francisco, I have experienced the very best. Takashi Ramen holds up. From the cool, comfortable Japanese Vibe to the friendly, quick service. I went for the Traditional Tonkatsu Ramen, and it did not disappoint. Savory, rich Broth, Tender, super delicious Pork with fresh Scallions. Loved the "yelp" branded Chopsticks to take home for this Yelp Elite Squad Event. I will absolutely return to have the Ramen and other items on the menu. Well worth the drive.

After a long drive from Sacramento to UCSB, my son and I were craving something that hugs you from the inside out. Enter Takashi Ramen--the joint that feels like stepping into a cozy Japanese ramen house, lanterns flickering, characters on the walls, and the aroma of brothy magic in the air. Why it hits the spot Ambience on point: Traditional vibes, warm glow, and that inviting "you're home" energy that makes the miles disappear. Streamlined ordering; Pay at the counter or via the kiosk--no chaos, just quick, painless choices. The lone staff member was a pro, guiding us with a smile and menu insight that felt almost telepathic. Speed with heart: Food arrived fast, a rare talent in the land of hot bowls and larger-than-life cravings. Flavor that sticks to you: The soup was delicious and comforting, exactly what a road-weary stomach desires. I like my broth hot--like "steam rising off a forest pond" hot--and Takashi delivered a bowl that was warmly satisfying (even if it wasn't combustion-rocket hot, it still did the job). My verdict If you're in town and need a dependable hug in a bowl, Takashi Ramen is your go-to. Fast, friendly, and flavorful enough to convert a weary traveler into a devoted fan. A must-visit for ramen enthusiasts and weary road-trippers alike.

TURN ON THE AC!!! But the ramen was good. I like the firm noodles. And the pork was tender and flavorful. Super spicy, but good. But the ambience, ugh! Too hot. It was uncomfortable especially when eating hot soup. Service was so so.

The food was good . I got spicy tonkatsu ramen and it was great. The portion is huge and the shop was nicely decorated.

Food is bomb, for only 10 bucks is crazyyyyy

Great service, met the owner, nice guy, well curated beers on tap (I think they generally have 16 on tap) ranging from a few from overseas if you are in to Belgians or what have you and then a well chosen selection of great beers from all over - maybe a bit California heavy but there is a helluva lot of great beer in California. I hate going in to a so-called taproom and I can't find anything I have never had on tap. Why go to a place with a bunch of variety of there is nothing new? Typical corporate or beer-illiterate taproom: "Well we have this great IPA from Lagunitas, its their IPA have you heard of Lagunitas? What about Sam Adams? Oh and we have Guinness if you are into *throws finger quotes* dark beers. Oh we also have Sierra Nevada Pale I think it comes all the way from NorCal!" Ugh. Again - great rotating selection here...and a bonus couple of coolers where you can score some cans and bottles to go of some more great craft beer. Ambiance is local bar/brewery, they have food some nights (had a great smashburger from Goodland Grillers tonight) and trivia on Thursdays. There I included the word ambiance are you happy Yelp? Cheers.
