I was hesitant at first because we've never gotten clothes tailored before. We took my boyfriends work shirts to get properly fitted. I was prepared to pay $40 per shirt but she her price was half that! I was shocked!!! $20 per tailored shirt is a steal! And that's because we had a rush order. Not to mention They were so nice and welcoming & fast. I am coming here again for sure when I need other thing tailored. My boyfriend looks so handsome and more confident in these new shirts. When I first went in to get the dress fitted, Stephanie was unpleasant and made me feel rushed. When I went back to pick up the dress, the dog (which was not there the first time I was there) was running around all over the place next to the dresses. One of the shoulders that she altered was off and she kept telling me to go get "body tape" and it would fix it which was clearly so she wouldn't have to fix her mistake. After basically being rushed out and making me feel bad for asking her to fix something that I paid for, I grabbed my dress and left. The next day I tried it on again and noticed that the bottom was SO CROOKED. One side was about 1 inch off the ground compared to the other. I called them to see if they could please fix it and Stephanie was extremely rude, saying she couldn't do anything about it, that I must be making it up and insulting me and saying that I was "too picky." Overall I regret going to this place and trusting them with my dress. Please save your time, money and sanity and go anywhere else but here.

We paid, and when we got home realized there were no alterations done to the items. We drove all the way back to return them and were told they would be ready in a few days. We asked for a receipt or some sort of ticket to make sure there were no issues in picking them up since the services had been paid for yet not completed, and were given a business card and told no issues would arise. Today, when my mom goes to pick up the items she is denied her items and is basically called a liar by "Janie" or "Jamie". She tells her she can't give her her items and refused to call anyone to verify. My mom is forced to leave without her items that have been paid for. I then call the business and when I ask "Janie" her name she hangs up on me. I call again, she gives me her name then starts yelling at me saying I have no proof (when I wasn't even the person she spoke to at the shop). This lady has some serious issues, which she is taking out on customers. There is no reason for someone to hang up on a customer when they are asking normal questions in a civil manner. There's no reason to yell at a customer without even knowing what they're calling about. We are still trying to get our items from them. These people are straight up thieves!

I took my cloths to their Mission location. I pre-paid my dry cleaning and was given a date for pickup. They require 48 hours rather than 24 which is expected with the labor shortage. I actually gave them 72 hours and went to get my garments. Upon arrival the attendant told me that part of my order would was not ready and didn't know when it would get done. I asked if they would deliver it as I saw the advertising on their door for free delivery. She said no. She told me I could call the McAllen store (the one I'm reviewing) for more information. When I called they picked up the phone and placed it on the counter without saying hello or acknowledging the call. I could hear them talking in the background. I waited for 2-3 minutes and they didn't come to the phone. I then drove to this location (main store) and asked for the Manager. As you would expect in the RGV the Manager was a rude, un-professional, likely ignorant, with no experience or qualification to manage anything. She proceeded to give me excuses for not having my order ready and would not give me any information. She would not tell me who the owner was either. I told her that based on the high prices, and bad service this would be my first and last time giving them my business. She said I could then call another store where they actually worked on the garments to get an update. I told her it seemed to me that she was basically telling me I was on my own to figure out when my order would be ready.
