I also now see the dietitian who is fantastic, and the weight management PA, who was very nice and professional too. I find the zoom meetings to be SO very convenient with my busy life. Absolutely do NOT use this medical facility for your mental healthcare. My daughter is an adult…read moreand I cannot legally manage her care. However, I am a nurse and I made her appointment with Dr. Young. Dr.Young saw her and diagnosed her with a multitude of complex mental health illnesses. The problem: my daughter's care was transferred to a new graduate Nurse Practitioner without a mental health background. None. So basically, it was video visits for monthly medication reordering. Yes, they will not give you a prescription with refills. Only by seeing them monthly. 5 minute phone call. No further therapeutic intervention. Taking advantage of the vulnerable patient population group. Complex cases require monitoring, in office one on one counseling, and I strongly suggest urine tests to verify no illicit drug. Nothing of this way done. Nothing. Dr.Young you are FIRED!

I began seeing Gemma as my psychiatrist at the beginning of the year, and she's been great. Some frustrations but we know that's normal when trying to find a medication that works for you. She is open to my opinion on what we should do with my meds which I had been hard pressed to find in other psychiatrists. After seeing Gemma I was recommended Melissa as my therapist and I can't say enough positive things about her! She is so lovely and it's good to see that she genuinely cares for me and my wellbeing. I also completed my ADD and psych evals through United and was recommended a certain treatment plan for my ADD instead of even more medication, which I appreciate. I have had some issues with the front office staff, which is why I deducted one star. My previous therapist that I had been with for many years suggested Donna when she had made a career move. The transition to Donna was seamless. I didn't feel as if I had to start over from the very beginning. I had a near instant rapport. That quality can be rare in today's society. I understand that the typical patients of Donna are children, adolescents and/or families & parenting. She has degrees in social work and school psychology. I might not be the typical age of a client at her practice, but that is not in any way an issue. The office decor is well appointed. Comfortable furniture and walls of posters and signs with positive sayings. I would love to make an area in my house similar to the office to decompress and bring about a calmness on a daily basis. Donna's fees are very reasonable whether one has insurance, a health savings account, are paying out of pocket or have an insurance co-pay. There are a number of insurances accepted. Bottom line, I wholeheartedly recommend Donna Ulrich-Termini.

With her care and guidance, I was able to lose weight and keep it off in a healthy, sustainable way. She has also supported me through gallstone issues and other internal health concerns, always approaching everything with patience, compassion, and true understanding. What stands out most to me is how she doesn't just treat the symptoms she cares for the whole person. My mental and emotional well-being improved so much under her care, and I always felt truly heard and supported. If you are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you heal and live a healthier, more balanced life, I can't recommend Liliya enough. She has made such a positive difference in my journey, and I am so thankful for her.

I've debated on writing this review because I truly believe Liliya has genuine care for patients…read more However, when thinking about the misguided medical advice and hundreds and hundreds of dollars I spent, I feel the need to strongly advise women 35 and older to avoid her practice.  I don't want anyone else to waste time and money like I did.  I came to Liliya in an attempt to find relief from extreme anxiety, weight gain, gastrointestinal issues, and migraines. After many months of following Liliya's treatment plan, which included expensive cleanses, supplements, hair tests, pellets, and sound bites on top of her monthly fee, I was no better.  Enough was enough. I had to find more adequate care to find out what I had already suspected, my symptoms were due to menopause. I had mentioned this suspicion to Liliya but she blew me off.  Liliya's approach was fragmented, focusing on individual symptoms rather than addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance.  The whole reason I came to a holistic doctor was to have my body looked at as a whole, and Liliya was not doing this.  I remember Liliya saying that I had "so many different symptoms" that she needed to focus on what was bothering me most first.  Well any medical practitioner who knows anything about menopause would recognize every one of the symptoms I was experiencing as menopause. We're not talking about some obscure disease that no one has heard of.  We are talking about menopause. A period of life that every woman goes through if she lives long enough. With the symptoms I was experiencing, this should have been one of the first, if not the very first thing ruled out before going through the crazy litany of potions she continued to sell me for months on end. I urge others to seek a practitioner who can effectively address hormonal issues and provide comprehensive care. The time and money I wasted on Liliya's treatments were infuriating.
