This place was great. They are extremely professional and the entire place is clean and comfortable. It's big, has A/C and looks like a nice upscale day spa in the US. I paid $760 pesos (~ $35) for a 1.5 hour massage. You can't beat that price. The room was private, the masseuse used essential oils in the room to make it smell good, the lights were dimmed and there was a very calming music playing in the background. I don't speak great Spanish but they were very helpful with the limited Spanish I did speak. I would highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing massage. read more

I was craving a mani/pedi to start the new year right, especially after all the walking I had been doing during my vacation in Merida. To my delight, I found a lovely spot on TripAdvisor. It smells like honey when you enter this peaceful little spa. It's clean, elegant, and the staff are wonderful. I was falling asleep during the pedi are part of my treatment. The massage chair is much stronger than the ones I've experienced in the US, but you have access to the control and can change it or shut it off. One person does your hands, while the other works on your toes. It was simply wonderful. The two ladies that worked on me were Alma and Paty, and I recommend them both! My friend that is staying in Merida for a year said she will definitely be returning! read more

First of all, they only put gel on hands not on feet. I've been doing manicure pedicure for at least 10 years this is the first place I've ever been to that doesn't put gel on your feet. Bizarre! Secondly, they didn't have the exact appointment I was trying to book so I wrote to them prior to going to the spa to see if I could do both services that I wanted, and one appointment. They responded saying yes but only after I arrived did they tell me they didn't put gel on feet and only after I was in the chair did they tell me they didn't have time to do a basic manicure pedicure. From what I observed, there was a waiting room full of people even after they had already opened and the staff was very disorganized. What a waste of time.
