Such a family friendly place for people of all ages to check out. We came here with our kids and we all had such a great time. There was 4 tubing lanes for guest to enjoy, along with rental snowmobiles, and igloos. The staff here are all amazing and very professional. The staffer who helped pushed the tubes named Chloe deserves to be recognizes. She's extremely friendly and has an amazing upbeat spirit. Makes the experience here that much better. My kids kept wanting to go to her lane. Overall great plan to check out.

Big shout out to Will and the rest of the awesome staff at snowmobile rentals the family, and I had a blast

This place we don't recommend to bring your family or friends the manager in there is really rude and unprofessional

am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment my family and I received at your snowmobile location. We arrived as a group of 12 people and were respectful, organized, and ready to enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful toward multiple members of my family. Without a clear explanation or valid reason, we were asked to leave the premises. Being removed in front of my family, including children, was humiliating and completely unprofessional. At no point were we aggressive, disruptive, or in violation of any rules. The situation was handled poorly and showed a lack of basic customer service and respect. This experience ruined our plans and left a very negative impression. I hope ownership or upper management addresses this behavior so other families do not experience the same treatment.

My family and I had such a great time! We moved to California last year and have already decided that visiting Tahoe Snowmobiles will be a yearly tradition. We went last year and got to experience the awesome igloo, then came back this year just to tube, and it was a blast, as expected. My 3-year-olds had so much fun, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back next year!

Tubing on a dry November on man made snow

I'm kinda glad its $55/hour because we can only do an hour or so of tubing. Maybe it's the thinner air up in Tahoe but my kids were getting tired going back up after a 15 second run. It seems like they weren't too strict on the time as I think we went for about 1.25 hours. There was another tube someone left behind and I was able to join my kids on one ride. I appreciate the flexibility. Quick Summary (tubing only) + Price is just a number but you and your kids will have a blast + Man made snow in November is just as good as the real snow - Parking is terrible so we walked 0.7 miles from our hotel to tube here - Not a fan of the online waiver but I guess if it's once per lifetime then I'm ok with it I'd love to try snowmobiles when there's real snow. I didn't ask if they were available, but there wasn't much man made snow anyway. The location here is not exactly where the map says, but you won't miss the only place with snow during this tail end of fall.

Absolutely an exciting adventure but beware - it is a bit pricy. Sometimes you have to forget how much it costs and enjoy the experience. We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was amazing and he was very patient with us and the rest of our group. Be prepared, it was nice and sunny out but it got very cold. We expected that and we were well prepared but I saw others who suffered through the experience because they didn't have the right outdoor gear. If you have the means or you're having to choose between this activity and another activity that costs about the same - I recommend you choose this. We'll probably never do this again, but I can say that I did and it's something my family and I won't forget. Handling the snowmobile was fairly simple to figure out. I felt safe the entire time but I did see someone crash their snowmobile. It looked like they took a corner too fast. The crew are all first aid trained and they immediately responded to the person who crashed.

Great time and people! Quick and easy to book and simple instructions to follow! I would definitely go back for the snowmobiling

theres no parking here, so highly suggest parking at the hotels. what is good is that its not too far from the hotels. i will say i wish there was maybe another slope. also the kids getting tired from the walk so honestly an hour is good lol. pro, because i paid little bit less that other spots. con, because i feel other places maybe offer more things to do. all in all i think we had a good first time experience here. i suggest booking online it was easy.

My visit to Tahoe Snowmobiles in Lake Tahoe was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Bauti's exceptional customer service set the tone for the day. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge made us feel welcome and excited for the adventure ahead. The facility itself was fantastic, offering a range of activities that cater to all ages and skill levels. We started with tubing, which was a thrilling ride down the slopes. The staff ensured our safety while also making sure we had a great time. The highlight of our visit was definitely the snowmobiling. The equipment was top-notch, and the staff provided thorough instructions to ensure everyone felt comfortable before hitting the trails. The scenic views were breathtaking, and riding through the snow-covered terrain was an exhilarating experience. We went tubing after because the weather was perfect during our visit, adding to the overall enjoyment of the day. The clear skies and crisp air made for ideal conditions for outdoor winter activities. Shout out to Chase for throwing extra rubber Matt's down cause us heavy boys hit different speeds than most!

At the top you get a nice view of Lake Tahoe (that's it) and a teeny snack bar (that was closed) on a circular observation platform that you can walk around in 5 minutes. The price was the same as a one-day lift ticket at Heavenly. I had an Epic pass so I rode up for free to check whether it would be worth it for my wife to come up. They didn't even offer a discount to family of Epic pass holders or to guests at the Marriott that surrounds the gondola. The correct price for this gondola is $25-$35, not $90-$120. Save your money. Hike up the Van Sickle Bi-State Park trails that start from just behind the hotel and switchbacks up beneath the gondola for part of the route. The Cal/Neva trail, the Barn trail and the Waterfall trail are all great and offer good views of the lake....and you get great exercise! I am so happy the Vail and Alterra are getting sued for anti-trust violations. Maybe it will put a stop to price-gouging.

Mike Berberich in rentals helped my son with his ski boots which we didn't even rent at Heavenly! He treated him like his customer even though he wasn't, getting on his knees to squeeze my son's foot into a tight boot that we had struggled with for almost an hour before seeking help from staff. Would give Heavenly 5 stars, but a pet peeve of mine is there are boarders who play their music loudly on speakers while riding the slopes. I've also smelled weed and saw vaping on the mountain as well. This was on opening day, which might attract a certain crowd. Other days seemed a bit better (saw more ski patrol) Wish Heavenly staff would police all this more. Or even charge more for Epic passes (don't hate me) to cater to a more family-friendly crowd. I would categorize Heavenly as a resort for young people, which is not the Heavenly I remember before Vail took it over. But great staff like Mike make it worthwhile!

We feel in love with the view from the terrace which is where we had our ceremony and reception. We were impressed by the front reception staff immediately and booked our wedding about one year in advance. We met with Chelsea our on site Event Sales Manager, and things started off good. But we shortly there after felt like we were a nuisance by asking just a few questions, and we are low maintenance. You should plan on guests staying in other hotels as the wedding party booking process is a PIA, or perhaps this was just the case with our Event Manager, any questions took weeks or more to get a response. On top of that we reviewed pricing one year in advance at what we assumed was our guests budget, but we did not realize that the cost of a room about doubles with all their hidden fees. When we asked for a few minutes to meet and review some details of the site to figure out how and where we had access, and tried to coordinate it with a Sunday Wedding Open House, we were told that was her day off. I asked if she was going to the Open House which she said she was, everything made us feel unappreciated. We literally had 10 minutes of Q&A, which mostly revolved around where things were, what we had access to, so we could start planning decor, and things of that nature. We requested a 30 day prior meeting on site, with our wedding coordinator and Event Sales manager, as we want to review all last details and do a food sampling. Chelsea failed to respondto us or to our Coordinator, nor did she show up. Our coordinator had to call her manager to see what was going on, finally got her cell phone, she said she was working from home that day. We literally had no phone calls from our Event Sales Manager for the final 3 months. Once they have your money and commitment they no longer appreciate you or want to put any energy into you. Our Event Sales Coordinator ended up going to her high school reunion the weekend of our wedding, which would be fine if she informed us and told us an alternate contact should any issues arise, but it was a no call no show. Luckily our wedding coordinator was amazing, and had done many weddings at this site. They did REQUIRE a tip in advance of 20%. I asked than about if a tip jar would be placed at the bar and was told no that it would not. When we and the wedding party got down to the reception well after everyone else already there we found that there was a tip jar where they were asking all guest for more tips!! With no point of contact on site, we did nothing during the wedding as we wanted to focus on our day and deal with issues afterwards. After the wedding we spoke with her manager Keeley, told her of the main shortcomings during the process, in which she admitted things did not go as they should. When I asked for a few hundred dollars back for the double tipping I was told no way. She spoke with corporate and GM and they did not care, once they have you money. All the other people onsite were great. But if you go here, do not pay final amount until after the wedding. Challenge the up front tips, and be prepared that after you give them money they no longer care about making your day special. The Landing refused to respond to a complaint from the Better Business Bureau.

I asked her if we were taken up 1000' because it looked as if we went the same height up, and she said "oh yes, you got your 1000'. She was a professional photographer and was really hounding us to purchase a photo package, asking multiple times. We docked the boat at 1:55pm, after a slow stroll in... All in all, I had a good time with my love but it was WAY too short for what the website represented and the cost. I won't be back to Action Watersports any time soon...
