The Slingshots are super fun. Like riding a motorcycle but much safer. Highly recommend taking a lap around Lake Tahoe in one if these.

They are one of the last" if not " the last family-owned recreational vehicle dealer in my area. I am sure this may hold true for most areas in our country. Owning a recreational vehicle is an investment. While enjoying that investment is a must, "arriving alive" is the top priority! Just when you think you are getting the hang of it you are sharply reminded how much you still do not know & how much still there is to learn. That is why having Jason and a dealer like Western Sky's a true good luck charm. We brought our tailer in to have my furnace serviced. While I was there it was brought to my attention my solar batteries were not installed correctly, as well as a short that was discovered causing the inverter charging system to shut off while charging. (Safety mechanism) To top this all of when my husband was hitching up Jason, because of his wealth of knowledge, and expert eyes noticed parts of our hitch had loosened (how did he notice?) by noticing our weight distribution bars showed signed of wear. Had Jason not caught this what could have happened on any future journey could have been catastrophic, and possibly the end to our travel trailer adventures! I am incredibly thankful to Western Sky's, and to Jason for showing us how to check our hitches integrity frequently & adding this to our safety check list. No adventure is worth having unless you arrive safely and ALIVE! Thank you again Western Sky's for having Jason there for all of us. Sincerely, Brick and Cindy Anderson P.S. I had my solar upgrade installed by another business. Maybe not such a good idea?

When we came up to pick it up he even got us a place to stay at the Atlantis. Scott in finance made everything very easy and explained all our options well. Justin was who did our walk around, and he was excellent at knowing all the little nuances of our rv. Super nice kid! We even got to meet the owner Austin and talk about snowboarding. All around a great experience with some really nice people. We love our new rv and couldn't recommend these people more!

BUT onto better things!!.... This is a review just for Dani. I can't say enough high praises for Dani. She offers such amazing customer service!!!: she was always a pleasure to talk to over the phone, she was so accommodating in making and adjusting our reservations--which we unfortunately had to do more than once; she made me feel comfortable during every change we needed to make for our reservations--even though I know customers who are charging their needs all the time can get a bit trying at times (sorry Dani but thank you for being so very patient with us!); she suggested the best spots for getting the most out of our camping experience; she wished us the best and said she hoped to see us soon since we had to postpone our reservation; and so on. My husband and I are both looking forward to our new adventure next year when we get to experience Bridgeport/Twin Lakes for the first time!! We will definitely be calling you again Dani!!

I think they were just too lazy to move their RV. We finally got our rental in Mono Village and were doing a walk through with Dani. She claimed she JUST cleaned the trailer. The outside storage compartment had a mouse that was dead so long it was completely deflated. $1000 for a week rental in an RV with no slides is WILD. It was like being crammed in a tin can. No bedrooms, just curtains for privacy. Will not rent from them again for overall attitude and unpleasant customer service.

Great to see our favorite bikemaster, Phil, greeting us warmly upon arrival. As usual, he made us feel at home as he walked us through the paperwork and the bikes, giving us tips on spots that we might like to check out along the route. He made sure that we were squared away, comfortable, and confident before we took off on two two-wheelers and one trike. We had a fantastic time riding, exploring, and even stopping for a lunch picnic at Mt. Tallac where we were joined by ducks---great day and a wonderful memories for us all!! Returning the gear at the end of our adventure, Phil was joined by the Boss lady herself , Sue, who always brings a smile and like, Phil, always makes you feel like family!! These folks will always be our Go To for bike adventures in Lake Tahoe!! Thanks again for the great service, solid bikes, and for another great day for our family!!!
