After a morning of calling around several salons in the Neath area to find that they were all booked as it was such short notice, I was sceptical that the cut would be to standard as Maddame Buttercly had availability. No good salon has empty seats right? ... Wrong! I suffer with anxiety and depression and going anywhere new makes me feel quite uncomfortable but I was put right at ease immediately. I never leave a review or write any form of feedback, even for bad service I generally don't complain, so I thought I would sing their praises as I have been left feeling extremely happy with their service, the cut is lovely and exactly what I asked for. Cannot recommend this Salon enough! A visit is a must!

All the staff are exceptionally friendly and well trained. Kim does my hair and she's a great hairdresser. They've recently renovated and extended the premises, and it's modern and welcoming. They've also added a beauty salon upstairs, which also has sunbeds. It's a good idea to book, but you can normally get an appointment at short notice - unless it's close to Christmas!

I was visiting family over the weekend and decided to use my Grandma's (!) hair dressers for a well needed hair cut. It was an excellent cut, I in fact had a bit of a restyle too, and I really liked it! The whole salon was lovely and friendly. And everything was so reasonably priced! Would recommend for haircuts - will be planning my family visits around my hair cut needs from now on! (there is not parking on site but these is a car park less than 2 mins walk away.
