Where do I start with this place! Just AMAZING vegan food! I have literally tried almost everything on the menu. The plantain con mole, barbacoa, and the al pastor tacos are my three favorite style tacos. The giant taco is a fun experience. Bring your appetite because this monstrosity is the size of about four tacos. I recently tried the nachos and I was very surprised that it tasted like real dairy loaded nachos. Having a dairy allergy, this victory win was a glorious one. Nachos will still be on the menu of options. The only item on the menu that I found to be not so pleasant was the vanilla ice cream. That tastes like a flavorless chalk ball. Luckily, the fried Oreos are a delicious dessert option. Service has always been amazing in the twenty or more times I have been to a Tacotarian. I cannot believe as someone who is Vegan that I have never been here? I see it all of the time when driving down Blue Diamond and I always say, oh that looks good but never take the time to go in but today I had some time to kill and was craving Mexican food.... Nicole was the nice girl at the counter--I ordered a Horchata Iced Coffee, It was ok... My friend ordered a Jamaica drink and he said it was OK but I loved it, wow, I should have gotten his drink--Next time because yes, there will be a next time. He isn't vegan and was hesitant to try the food, he has tried some vegan cheese (Daiya) and didn't like it so I can't really blame him for that but he was willing to try something so I got the Quesadillas and said, why don't you try one and if you do not like it, no big deal, he is at home eating the order---Unbelievable ;) He loved the black beans and rice and salad that it comes with as well and says to me that he is going to go back as soon as possible! I said.... But....It's Vegan.....and he says "so"? :D woot. I got the crunchwrap and I am unable to eat it at the moment but did take a bite and wow, SO YUMMY--I Got it with the Beyond Beef and it's so good.....wow... I agree with him--when can I come back and get something to eat? Me hungry. :) They also had Brunch, Desserts, Margaritas? wow...... I love that you're able to order with someone or by yourself. Staff were very friendly! I just wish there was a way to get water ourselves. This place is AMAZING! Imagine going around trying to find some place to eat on 4th of July at 8pm, everything is practically closed. The food was also delicious and oh my goodness, they have the best pineapple agauas frescas I've ever tasted. The service is perfect. We mentioned we were not from here and were trying to look for some vegan food during the holiday and they gave us chips and salsa on the house. Super kind of them. Not a Vegetarian. But O M G when I first tried their carne asada taco, baja taco, and fish taco...whoooo fire!!! These are my go to choices and I love it every time. Price ranges from $3 and up. Not bad either. I seriously feel great eating 3 of them and not feeling the heaviness in my body like I do with regular meat (of course). Definitely a cute place to check out for brunch or lunch. I'm happy Tacotarian has several locations located all over the Vegas valley now. They are one of my go to vegan restaurants. I recently tried their brunch on the weekend, and it was delicious. Mind blown and that was quite a surprise. The food here is just good! Not "good for vegetarian" just plain good! I have ordered the taco combo a couple of times and have loved the food. The staff is a bit green and seems to have a turnover issue like a lot of places these days. They have trouble getting orders rung up correctly and getting the order right. I can get past that because the food is just that good. The restaurant is standard faire these days. Nothing special and the chairs are not very comfortable. It feels like they are catering more to takeout and Uber eats orders than sit down dining. I cannot stress how good the tacos are and you should go try them. read more

Beautiful ambiance and ample of street parking around. The food was amazing. Best part is it's a vegetarian restaurant so no risk of contamination. Such a cute, fun place. Full of life and color as soon as you walk in. The ladies are super friendly and greet you as soon has you walk in. You seat yourself, table have signs letting you know that they have been sanitized and cleaned. The food comes out fairly quickly, you would never be able to tell that it isn't real meat. It's full of flavor and the side sauces give it just the right touch. I ordered a variety of tacos and they were all appetizing. The margarita was very tasty and had the right amount of alcohol. As a major fan of the original spot in the arts district, I was thrilled to find myself close to the Blue Diamond location yesterday. When we first came to Las Vegas, Blue Diamond was rather quiet to say the least, and it has expanded with amazing surprises. As always, the atmosphere is bright, cheerful, comforting. I ordered a Birria platter to go in order to have an early lunch and I was thrilled to find a plantain featured in one of the delicious creations. Everything was sppot on. Tacotarian has been one of our art groups spots for gathering. Everyone is always delighted with the food. We should have had more of them years ago in many neighborhoods in Las Vegas and Henderson, but having more than one now is a dream come true. The staff is among the best of any establishment I've seen, ever. Eventually, I would like to try everything on their menu. We consider ourselves fortunate to live within 4 miles roughly of the arts district, and I wish them all the future success in the world. read more

I got the birria empanadas, which were fine for being vegan, but I do not like vegan substitutions, especially vegan cheese, and would not have ordered this if I would have known. 100% VEGAN. Ordered 3 items that could feed 2-3 people. Unfortunately, one star had to be taken off because most of my order wasn't tasty or flavorful. What I ordered: - Taco platter with rice and beans on the side. We chose carne asada (seitan) and barbacoa (jackfruit). The barbacoa tacos were underwhelming in comparison to the carne asada. The rice and beans were also bland, which was disappointing because I typically look forward to those sides. - Torta with carne asada, served with chips. Bread was soggy when I picked up my order but other than that, it was decent. The carne asada was the highlight. - Gabacho taco, a crunchy shell with seasoned Beyond Beef. Looks like your classic American fast food taco, but doesn't taste like it at all. I could only finish half of it because the texture of the meat and flavor of the sauce were unbearable. Overall, I do think that the carne asada is worth making a stop for. I always try to support 100% vegan places, but unfortunately the options I ordered missed the mark. I am impressed with the presentation. Our bill came out to $28. If you are not familiar with the area, this location is in Enterprise, just a few miles away from The Strip. I was very skeptical at first as one of my friends is a vegetarian and she said let's go for taco Tuesday. Best thing about taco Tuesday all tacos that are originally $2.99 are half price. This let you try multiple tacos for half the price. I have been back for taco Tuesday three times since she made me go to the first time. The staff is always great and friendly and offer recommendations if you are new to eating plant-based. But make sure that you keep an open mind because it is full of flavor. My favorites from here are the Baja taco and the veggie taco. The refried bean cup is also great. And recently I tried the guacamole with chips, which was fantastic. For my drink I always get the Jamaica sometimes it's a little bit of a punch and I have to add water to take the tartness down. read more

I usually eat only raw fruits and vegetables throughout the week. I limit myself to one cooked food a week and lately it's been Tacotarian. The food here is so delicious that sometimes I find myself daydreaming about it at work lol I want to try the other things on the menu but I end up getting the birria platter. The Mexican pizza is pretty delectable as well. I love the blueberry cheesecake and that blueberry sauce with real blueberries that comes with it too. All the tacos served at this restaurant are amazing. They have great flavors for substitute meats. The first time I tried them was via Uber eats, and it was cold and soggy. I decided to give them a second try in person and the flavors were 10x better because it was fresh to serve. I assume upon delivery the meal got cold which doesn't taste as good. Yay. A great new option to come to this area. I was familiar with their first location but rarely head that side of town so happy about this venue. This is a slightly bigger half industrial and plant modern style decor concept with indoor and outdoor seating. Nice little corner area that's still growing. Plant based tacos. Ok I was nervous about it because I love meat but I was open to seeing if I would miss it...and I didn't. I had 3 tacos today. Baja which is a classic because it's a fried avocado one. (The guests behind me ordered like 4 of these so sounds like a fan fav) The veggie taco which was my top choice today. The staff recommended the veggie one over the mushroom room as a personal suggestion and I am glad I trusted him. The plantain mole one which was a good one-time try and must like a sweeter style one. I personally like plantains so I wanted to give it a go but maybe will stick with a savory one next visit. I also ordered a side of black beans and rice. The beans were delicious with the tomato pico topping. The rice was okay for me. I think I would like maybe more tomato in that or something. I can't explain what it tastes like it was just missing something I can't identify. The staff duo were both genuinely nice and both offered recommendations. This spot was recommended to me by my nephew. We had family in town and decided to come here being that my mom is plant based. My family arrived ahead of me, so when I got there the restaurant was not too busy. The dining area inside is a bit crammy, but, they do have outside dining too. There was no greeting when entered, also no suggestions from the worker being it was my first time here so I ordered the item I was most familiar with a impossible quesadilla. Presentation was great but the taste wasn't to my liking. The sides were a bit bland and the quesadilla had so much cheese it was very salty! Prices are pretty reasonable. They have quite a menu so you have many items to choose from if you are familiar with Mexican food unlike myself lol. Dining area was kept fairly clean and they also have souvenirs for sale if you would like a keepsake of your dining experience here. Overall experience: Not impressed! Many restaurants need to work on customer service experience especially when they have first time customers because the first impression you make is the most important one!
