The momos were excellent--they were similar to Chinese dumplings, but were spicier with Tibetan spices. There was a choice of chicken and pork, as I recall. I got the pork dumplings. I have to say this place totally exceeded my expectations. You order an entree and it comes with your choice of two sides for around $12-13 which is expensive for a truck but you get a ton of food. The oven fried pork chop is really baked not fried so don't expect a breaded chop. Instead you get a large bone in lean chop with tasty seasoning and they manage to cook it just right so it isn't too dry. The collard green sides and peach cobbler are both amazing as well. The citrus iced tea is worth a try as well. I think they change the menu every week so I'll be back to try some other items. Glad I tried this place and I'll be sure to get it again.

A side of fries that were great compliment to the richness of the sandwich. The sandwich was a great balance of spicy and buttery. No ketchup or other condiments needed.
