Good tacos. Nothing crazy. cheap though. park in front. sit at the tables and order there.

It was impossible to enjoy the tacos during our visit today 2/15. This was our second time giving them a chance. On our first visit we had tortas, but they lacked flavor and seemed like a taco put into bread. I don't know what was going on today, but the smell of cleaning products was so strong it started to make my mouth burn while I tried to eat. I could still feel it on the way home. Our party of 7 moved around at least 3 times to try and find a table where the chemicals didn't feel so strong. The kids could be seen covering their noses and remarking on the smell. We tried to eat, but left without finishing. We mentioned it to the staff and they had nothing to say. Not even an apology.

Wow wow wow. These are some of the best tacos I've ever had. Fresh tortillas and their birria is so flavorful. Don't get me started on their consome, mmmmm. I enjoyed their meats, we tried a little of each. All flavorful and fresh. Their salsas were so good and their spicy one was burning my tongue but I enjoyed it. The staff was very nice. The inside wasn't packed so we were able to grab a table and enjoy our time. It's helpful that they share a parking lot with a grocery store because the street parking wouldn't be sufficient, exorcist if they were busy. I like how they had condiments inside so we can serve ourselves. I'll definitely be coming back for some tacos!

The food was fire Cannot go wrong with the staple of Rosarito. All pastor was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. Meat was succulent with that nice slight char. Handmade tortilla adds to the authenticity. Cannot wait to come back and try the other offerings.

This place has been around for decades. I came as a child the quesadillas are so good and I see some of the same staff is still there since I was a kid. They have a sit Down area and sometimes someone outside singing makes a great vibe. I'm always eating here before I leave Rosarito back home to the U.S. I recommend. Yummm!

10/10 service, 10/10 flavors, and options. This roadside taco shop is great for tourists looking for authentic Mexican tacos in Rosarito. This place is cash only so make sure to have cash in USD or pesos.

One of my fave taco shops in Rosorito. Came by unplanned, was across the street at the grocery store and saw Tacos Manuel. Located on a busy street, you'll see the huge sign. Ordering is a bit confusing but the pastor tacos were pretty tasty. The tacos are street tacos so on the smaller side. Nice and flavorful pork. 3 tacos for about 80 something pesos. You can't really beat the price.

Bomb tacos! We got adobada and it was delicious and spicy. They got our order correct and brought it to our table. Good service thank you.

I ordered "consomé con carne" and it was served hot, with tortillas on the side! It was yummy and perfect for this cold weather. The tacos were good too, but our group agreed that los de adobada were the best, and they truly were. Ordering was a bit confusing and my tacos were served wrong, I ordered 2 de harina no cebolla and got 2 regular with cebolla- that's why I did t give the 5 stars! Overall, a good spot to hit up for food when in Rosarito.

Solid 4 stars! Tried this place on our way to Puerto Nuevo and it was good but it left me wanting a little more. As others have mentioned, this place is easy to find and has some street parking that makes it easy to get in and out. Tacos are prepared made to order and sliced fresh from the trumpo (Al Pastor). Since the meat had yet to achieve full caramelization on the spit, the pork was further grilled on the flattop grill. Niiiiice. You will order your food and drinks in advance and then pay after you eat so be sure to remember what you ordered. Carne Asada- So I went with a carne asada quesadilla here and they are large and come in at 65 pesos a pop ($3.75). The quality of ingredients was good however the carne asada was extremely thin and cooked very well done. The meat was mostly tender although I did have to remove a large piece of grissel while chewing. So embarrassing when this happens. I'd definitely order this again though. Adobada- This is what we came for and although it was good, it wasn't great for me. The meat was tender but it was definitely on the wet side. I'm typically used to my Al Pastor being heavily seasoned, charred, and dry in terms of seasoning. While pretty tasty, it didn't blow me away as other Al Pastor has south or even north of the border. I ordered 2 tacos at 22 pesos each ($1.27 a pop) and a quesadilla for 65 pesos. All three were nicely packed with ingredients, the tacos held up better due to the corn tortillas. The additional wetness of the adobada made the quesadilla a bit on the soggy side. Both quesadillas were good but they both left me looking for more cheese. Overall it was a good meal, but with the wealth of taco establishments in the region, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Good decent food though so try it if you're in the area.

I always get the mushrooms with a side of tortillas and just make my own little mushroom burrito. Do it as an appetizer, you won't regret it. My only tip is that if you are in a large group to get separate bills and request it from the beginning. Every time we're in a group, it never comes out right with the split - everyone is charged more.

We went for Mother's Day and it was beyond the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Our server Blanco was fine and did his best, but the food was absolutely terrible. Dry meat, dry and flavorless chicken, thick chewy machaca, and a salmon that was supposed to be grilled came out drowning in grease. Even the dishes looked dirty. We spoke to the manager Oscar, hoping something would be done, but he was completely dismissive. Just the typical apology and nothing else. This place used to mean something to our family and we even had a close relationship with the owners, but ever since the previous manager passed away, this restaurant has turned into a tourist trap. The quality has completely fallen apart while the prices keep going up. Extremely expensive for mediocre food and poor management. There are so many better places to spend your money now. Sadly, El Nido is not what it used to be, and after this experience we will never return or recommend it to friends or visitors again
