One lady charges you, another fills the Gorditas for you, one makes the Gorditas and another helps when people order quesadillas. They have many fillings like chirrarron, chorizo, eggs, beans with cheese, cactus, rajas with corn, potatoes and so on. But get there in the morning, they start to run out of fillings as the day goes on. Also, there's always a line so be prepared to wait, but it moves fast. The prices are very affordable. I had 2 Gorditas for 33 pesos, about $1.65 dollars. That's a great deal. The place may be hard to find since it's in a callejon, but asks the locals. Everyone is super nice and they'll guide you.
