I get my burrito and it's out fast I take two bites to realize that there is no cheese! I kindly let the gentleman at the register know they forgot my cheese. No apology just let me see your burrito. Ok I'm assuming they are gonna give me a new one which would be the right thing to do. Of course that's not what happened. Instead I get cold cheese thrown in the burrito that ruined the whole experience cause let's be honest the whole point of ordering cheese in your burrito is so it's melted. Instead I get the same burrito not reheated mind you which would have made things a little better, but no they took through this sloppy mess back at me with attitude. You can see the burrito on the bottom of this review. Small businesses need to realize at this day and age customer service is vital and every business big or small thrives on it. Especially with social media driving the industry the way it does now. I hope to hear from management or owner, an apology would go a long way in regards to this matter!

Customer service is really nice, and even though they're usually pretty busy, you still get your food fairly fast for the amount of people there. Just a heads up, parking is super limited, so I definitely recommend calling ahead, placing your order, and then picking it up. It's a food truck setup at a market, so it's not really about ambience, but they do have some outdoor seating if you want to sit and eat. Dependent on the time you go, it can be tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. It's sort of a one-way in and one way out situation. I've had their tacos, nachos, burrito, bowls, and tacos dorados of papa (potato). I have no complaints about any of these. My favorite meat go to are their Carnitas and chicken. When I ordered the burrito bowl, I usually ask for a half steak half chicken. The taco dorados are a hit with my family as an appetizer or l I'll order a couple orders for family gatherings. Very tasty! They also have a veggie and salsa bar outside of the truck, which is very helpful to take radishes, limes, cilantro, and onion. They sometimes have pickled onions as well. There's salsa especially the orange one is so fire. I usually go inside the bodega to get a full-size one for my house. The green salsa which is made with avocado is really good too. The cashier is on point with your order and the cooks do the best I can with turning around food. Depending on the time, you can wait about 15 -20 minutes sometimes. They also have a few table tables that are covered with a tarp for shade where you can sit and eat as well.

The food (especially the less common meats) and service was solid. The food truck has a semi-permanent location in the parking lot of the Magnolia Tire Shop, on the NE corner of Anaheim and Magnolia. We drove here this time, and there are parking spots here. There is a large canopy with folding tables and stools, enough seating for 20 people or so. They have a large variety of meats, paired with different types of Mexican favorites, so got mostly street size tacos, along with one mulita. There is a small self-serve salsa bar, with 3 different types of salsas (in pump containers to keep the mess down), 4 types of condiments (sliced cucumbers, limes, a very, very hot pickled onion mix, and a diced onion/cilantro mix. It was a Friday, so none of the specials applied making the meal not particularly of good value for a taco truck. Tacos are $2.50 each, each small corn tortilla piled high with the meats. My daughter tried the Pastor (the trombo is located inside the truck) which she said she enjoyed, especially with the pineapple. Mom liked the Taco Pollo that she got. My wife tried the mulita ($7) with the birria and cheese, and she liked it with the green salsa. My neighbor and I tried a sampling of the 2 offal meats here (buche and tripas...which is $0.50 more per taco), all on a taco, along with the cabeza. Everything was very tender and each street taco was filled to overflowing. Quick takeout service plus convenience of paying by Venmo or Zelle! The condiments are laid out for you to pack. Included cucumbers, cilantro mixed with chopped white onions, sliced radishes and lime wedges. Loved the shredded red onions with shavings of more hot peppers on the food. Let me tell you as a friend: the salsas range from oh that's spicy to my mouth is on fire and my eyes and nose are watering! The creamy green sauce was the mildest but still had a kick, then the roasted tomatillo was a notch higher in heat, followed by an exponential increase in the red pepper sauce with sub-atomic heat; then what I thought was sriracha mayo turned quickly to be nuclear in my mouth!! I'm usually okay with spice but I found myself washing out my mouth at the sink then reaching for yogurt just to calm the fire down!
