I know what you are thinking: "Mexican food in Germany...come on", but this was delicious Mexican food. The staff spoke some English and our waitress, Nina, was delightful! We got chicken, beef, and shrimp enchiladas along with a steak quesadilla and fajitas. Each enchilada had unique fillings such as carrots, beans, spinach and all other kinds of yummy vegetables. Not your same old boring cheese and chicken enchiladas. Every meal included a salad and Mexican rice. We also ordered Mojitos that really put the meal over the top (happy hour from 1700-2000!! Half off cocktails!). If you are in Koblenz and are missing Mexican food or want some really good food, this is the place to go!
