I don't know why I put myself through this! I always think that maybe they will have it together this time and it will be good. I go because it is near me and I wanted the food, as it should taste cause if you catch the right crew working or a good location, the least you get is Taco Bell. But this place has disappointed 95% of the time and I have to give up on it. The kids working there are at much different levels of competence. The-one taking the order was the one! Every time I would say what I wanted the reply would be: awesome please pull forward. I would have to say there is more and the person would say the same thing: awesome please pull forward. This got to be almost comical until I said I will let you know when I am done. At that point a different person took over the order. I had a pretty good size order so I knew they were going to park me in the back but when I got there and paid they started handing me everything. They pushed their sale on pies so I said ok. Got the food pretty quick and asked if everything is there? I got a yes and he read back the order. Well got home to no pies no burritos and a mess in the bag. Stuff was out of wrappers and the rest was so damp it stuck to wrappers. Most likely sat there from a different oder and it was gross. The place is always at that point of gross and dirty. Then tells me he can't hand me the bag without my card forcing me to get card under the truck with barely any room next to the Taco Bell building (104°F heat) and to top it off they give me a Mexican pizza with the most rancid smell ever ( I can deal with the occasional soggy or razor thin toppings but not the rancid corn shell!) . I don't have time to go back and complain and they won't even reimburse a person like Inn and Out would, so why bother? If i could give zero stars thats what i would leave. This place is the absolute worst for customer service, food is always wrong, attitudes with workers. The last 3 times i ordered they wanted me to drive back thru the drive thru. The last time i refused because there were six cars behind me and i wasnt going to wait in that big line. I was met by the worse attitude by the employees. I know they are trying to manipulate their drive thru times but its not fair to us buying food from them. The food here is about par to any other Taco Bell location. We all know what we're going to get when we decide to eat food from Taco Bell so don't act surprised. The issue I have with this location has been the attitude/laziness of the employees on multiple occasions. During my most recent visit, with not a single car behind me in the drive through line, I attempted to add an order of nacho fries at the window. The cashier asked the cook, "They want to add nacho fries it that okay?" He replies, "Yes." The cashier follows up to the cook, "Are you sure?" I couldn't hear the rest of the conversation because she closed the window by this point, but she proceeds to reopen the window to hand me back my card and she tells me that she can't sell me nacho fries because the register won't let her add it to our order. Come on!!! If you're going to lie, at least make it a good lie. I chose not to push the issue considering it's the holiday season and it's just truly not worth it, but seriously? Even if this were true, just use your basic problem solving skills and ring up a new order... Anyway, we get home and notice that we were given 3 orders of the wrong combo which didn't have the single thing we specifically asked for, the chalupa. I've learned my lesson. You'll have one less customer at this awkwardly placed location that is probably already struggling financially. We go to Taco Bell about once a month. This location works well for us and you can get KFC chicken if you like. Food is good for fast food. Drive thru is easy to use. Hope Taco Bell tries to give more low calorie options, but a taco works in a pinch. read more

Every time I go to this place they forget something. All the employees are teenage men and look intoxicated by drugs. The menu doesn't include all the food they have. The drive through menu is foggy and illegible. Today I went originally going through the drive thru but had to go inside because I was being cut off with various questions while talking by one of the employees while trying to order. I also wasn't asked what kind of sauce I wanted in my burritos. They just put red sauce inside. Also not asked if I wanted sauce on the side. A Taco Bell AND KFC in one place? Have I died and gone to heaven??? No, you probably just died from the massive coronary you can have by having 2 different fast food places at one register and no self control.
