So the customer service here is absolutely putrid at night time right before closing the lady here was just absolutely completely appalling with the way she just treated us. First of all she got half of our order wrong she added on things she wanted to add then when I was just politely asking her to remove it from my order she huffed and puffed and said I already got it and then I came to the thing and told her hey you didn't take it off there was two drinks on there and she only had one ready anyway so she went and gave me the second one that I was charged for anyhow. Then gave me a small when it was supposed to be a large I asked her this is supposed to be a large and she huffed and puffed again and said oh my God OK I guess and she went in to fix it. I mean just the way she came off about it and was just very rude and added stuff onto my order then had a problem when she was asked politely to remove it I wasn't being rude I wasn't nothing but I was starting to lose my patience after she just kept on ignoring me and telling me yeah yeah I got it I got it when she didn't have anything she actually messed up half the order. Then because she was so upset about the drink situation at the ordering window she forgot to even add one of my food items I'm not trying to be rude I'm just trying to state facts on what happened. I asked her for no sour cream on the Chalupa didn't know there was only sour cream on the supreme one and they said they only had the supreme one that's eight dollars for two. At the end we just told her to have a good night and hope your night gets better. She's obviously having a very rough night but it's no reason to treat people like crap and for something you got wrong. I also asked if they had Sprite she said yes and gave me Sierra mist and then added a medium Pepsi on top of that I was just confused on where she got that? They usually are pretty good here but tonight not so much. Her name was Emily Z. That's at least what's on the receipt. I mean it's just crazy when you just ask for human decency you seem like you're the bad person. Hope this place improves at least her attitude i'm surprised she still works in this area with that attitude & the people over here. All that I simply ask for is human decency in my food to be correct I'm not looking for free stuff I'm not looking for anything I'm looking for what I paid for that's it. I'm just honestly so surprised that she charged me for a large drink that I asked for a small and then got mad when I told her this isn't a large. On my lunch hour. Only two of us to assist at the counter. The one guy that is working the counter. Takes the ladies order aheD if me, finishes up and the walks off to drive thru. Mind you there is already any associate working there. So after 3 additional minutes of me waiting. The lady working the food Station asked if I had been helped and I replied no so she calls for assistance at the counter. So the guy that originally helped the lady in front of me walks over doesn't say anything no hello or how can I help you I place my order he hands me my receipt and he walks away. Definitely not great customer service from him. If I decide to do another visit at this location maybe I'll have better luck at drive-through but going inside for the guy that assisted the counter was not worth a visit read more

All staff that work at this franchise are so lovely and professional. I visit this store weekly as i work at the post office in the same complex. The issue i have with this location is lack of air conditioning. The poor staff are cooking in extreme heat and the dining room is unbareable hot. Fix the a/c management/owner you are breaking CA state law. read more

The food sometimes, is decent tasting, however, if you're going to overprice, then don't skimp out on the ingredients, don't leave out main ingredients; which this location keeps doing. If I'm overpaying for food, then I expect ALL of the ingredients to be inside my food items. Customers are tired of the broken Ordering Screen inside; speaking of the screens, you might as well make that Taco Bell location, a Drive-Thru Only because you have those ridiculous Ordering Screens, even though there's a counter, with employees and a register etc. Pointless!!!!!!!!!!!! I prefer coming to this Taco Bell because it usually stands head & shoulders above the other area Taco Bell's when it comes to customer service & the employees always seem to be on the ball & attentive to their customers. However tonight there was a major failure as far as my order was concerned. I arrived approximately 5:20 & placed my order at an inside kiosk. I sat down & waited patiently for my order. Usually it takes 15 minutes. 20 minutes tops. The employees all seemed to be on task in the kitchen, preparing orders & getting things done. However, I noticed multiple orders that had been placed after mine were leaving with their orders filled. Something was amiss with my order, but I have had good experiences here in the past, so I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Another 15 minutes & I decided that I needed to check on my order. There was NO RECORD OF MY ORDER! HOW COULD THAT BE? They searched through all of their tags & found my order explaining to me that "There were so many orders that it probably just got lost." They then put a rush on my order. The management person offered me a free drink, but I don't drink soda, so I turned it down. That was the only offer made to try & smooth things over. Soon afterwards I received my order (45+ minutes after i originally placed it) & it was hot & as flavorful as I've come to expect. There is no issue with that. My issue is that there was no apology for my order being lost or for my LONG wait. There was no "Thank you for your patience" or anything of that sort. After turning down the soda I would've thought there might have been some other sort of offer (a simple nacho fries would've probably done the trick). But there was none forecoming. No apology. No thanks for your patience. No acceptable small offering for waiting so long. I left feeling like my business was not appreciated. Very disappointing. read more

I came to this location after placing an online order. I had an order for 2 people. I get in and I'm waiting for somebody to help me. The manager of the drive thru I believe came up to help me and told me I had to cancel my online order (which had already been placed and purchased for). Never got a refund and had to pay for yet another order. She didn't seem to care and was impatient. Didn't even look at me and didn't care about refunding me or getting my order ready. Very rude customer service. Wouldn't recommend this location. Will not be returning. I worked in customer service (for food) at a couple of different places and I understand that it can get stressful sometimes. But customer service is still a must and I was treated like their last priority. It wasn't that busy. Nobody waiting in line inside, and maybe 3 cars in the drive through. This location is one of the worst. You'd think they'd do everything right since staying in business during covid is key but I think they care even less now. Today I got nacho fries through the drive thru. The nacho cheese container lid was stuck to the bottom of the container the bottom of the nacho fry container was dipped into the nacho cheese. Some of my earliest memories are me eating a bean burrito from this Taco Bell in my car seat. 28 years ago! The young lady greeted me immediately when I came in and took my order. She up sales me by suggesting the happy hour drinks. I had my kids with me so they wanted the slushy drink. I would leave no stars if I could. This Taco Bell is garbage. Every time we visit this location the employees have a very rushed and rude attitude, with no customer service. They have not once gotten our order right. They either put things on it that aren't supposed to be there, they leave things off, or the food is hard and stale. I am a vegetarian, I make sure very clearly that I ask for the vegetarian options and yet they always put meat on my food. My fiancé is allergic to tomatoes and they continuously put them on everything even when we asked for none.
