I don't understand the bad ratings for the Zinfandel location, at least not based on my recent order. I typically order TB through Doordash (DD) and my delivery address defaults me to the Bradshaw location, but that location SUCKS. SO, I tricked DD by starting my order with a different delivery address, then changed my address back to where I really am. OMG this location was SO impressive compared to Bradshaw. They actually labeled EVERY SINGLE BURRITO properly, so it wasn't some big bag of mystery food. ALSO, they actually DID include the green salsa packets that I paid for. Bradshaw location literally NEVER, EVER gave me those when I ordered them. From now on and until I'm severely disappointed, I will always order from the Zinfandel location instead of the Bradshaw location. The ONLY downside was that I got a few grains of dried rice in my burritos. No big deal. At least they let me know which burritos were the rice burritos and which ones were the beef burritos. read more

Wow what happened to this Taco Bell...It used to be to be my favorite . I ordered $20.00 worth of food, Burrito Supreme, 2 taco Cantina Style, Bean Burrito, Taco Supreme. The only thing that was worth eating was the Cantina style tacos... Bean burrito tasted old, minimal sauce and cheese when I asked for extra cheese. Burrito Supreme was awful! The tacos were OK. They were Taco Bell tacos. I knew what to expect. There was a fair amount of meat that tasted good, the corn tortilla had a nice crunch, the veggies were fresh, but I wish they would've put on a little bit more cheese. I do know that they have an exact "formula" that they have to follow. On one of them, I thought that the sour cream taste a little like mayonnaise, but the other one was fine. Maybe my taste buds were just off. I don't know. I decided to try the Mexican pizza, because everybody is raving all about it everywhere. Did it live up to the hype? I don't think so. It wasn't bad, it was "extremely, just OK." It was basically a stuffed quesadilla, with refried beans in the middle. For the quesadilla shells, I believe they used the same type of taco shell that you see when you get a ". deep fried taco bowl". I realize that different people have different tastes. For example, I really like when Taco Bell brings back the enchirito. And that's basically a burrito with a little bit of cheese and red sauce on it. The Mexican pizza though? Eh..... I'm glad I tried it, but I wouldn't get it again. The price out the door was $10.65. For three items and a large soda, that's not that bad. Again, I get it. It's Taco Bell. OK. It's Taco Bell...low expectations, right But tonight on 10-20-2022 around 9:30 pm shift.... apparently all of the staff were on auto pilot or some other pilot..... because we ordered veggie burritos, veggie soft tacos, veggie mexican pizza, and fiesta potatoes no sour cream. The sour cream was definitely there. Mexican pizza had meat. Soft tacos had meat instead of beans.... like..... wtf? You could hear the echos of employee conversations and sh-t talking thru the intercom. My bad for not checking the food in the bag. Their bad for not giving a sh-t about making this correct in any form. Avoid this location unless you want to just throw money at something for nothing. So I pull up to the speaker and tell them I have a mobile order. They pull it up on the screen and I confirm it's correct. TWENTY minutes later, yes it was Friday night, I get to the window and now they don't see my order. They tell me I was supposed to tell them at the speaker, to which I tell them I did. What did he think I said at the speaker? That doesn't make sense. They ask me to drive around and go through the whole drive thru again. I say ok, thinking I'll just cancel my order because I'm not about to go through that again. I pull away and open the app, it says it can't cancel my order because it's already being made. Smh. This review is for the store on Zinfandel and Olson, where I had lunch yesterday. My friend was excited to try the Mexican Pizza and I had my usual crunchy tacos. Food all good and space clean/tidy as I expected from a well-run national franchise. But what was outstanding (and prompts me to write this review) was my interaction with the manager who happened to be working the cash register. She was super friendly and I took the opportunity to question her on some historical menu items. It was so refreshing to have a conversation with someone well informed about the business and who obviously takes pride in her work. If I could find a way to give 0 stars and report for behavior I would. My mom went here for lunch wanted 2 burritos and they almost kicked her out for thinking she was drunk. My mother has hearing aids and hard of hearing and they treated her like crap. Some lady told my mom she needed to leave for being drunk. When my mother asked if the lady was the manager she ignored her then after seeing my mother's hearing aids didn't say anything but oh. My mother said she didn't speak English very well either but come on if you have an issue and can't understand someone ask them to talk slower or have them repeat themselves. This is bull. I hate freaking people and that woman upset my mom so much. All they did was give her 1 burrito, I mean seriously.
