I am the perfect person to review this Taco Bell, because I've been going here basically every weekday for 20 years. I am single-handedly putting their employees' kids through college. I would say out of 100 visits to this Taco Bell, an order maybe gets messed up 1 time, and is sloppily-made maybe 3 times. All the rest are consistent and good. These employees handle the full wrath of a high school across the street, so only the best workers remain. They're very good about keeping a clean environment and shooing away lousy personalities. 1225pm, Thursday, July 3, 2025 It's busy! Holy hell! If you can, come eat before or after the lunch rush. Lesson learned, I forgot when I ordered on the app. The order was sent through at 1219 pm and the ETA on the order completion is five minutes. They were close but the rush delayed them a couple minutes. I got my order at 1227 pm. FYI, there are only seats and tables inside by the ordering counter. There are some outdoor tables too. It's not a big location. The Classic Luxe Box is a no frills combo at an economical price of $8. It included these items: 1 Beef Crunchy Taco: not crunchy enough, probably made first and sat for a bit; 1 Chips n Cheese: were good, hot nacho cheese is always a plus. The chips were crispy too. Add fire sauce and it's better tasting, haha. 1 Beefy 5 Layer Burrito: needs more beef to be beefy, haha. 1 medium drink: upgraded to large for $0.20 Add-on: 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt was tasty. Let me start by saying how much I love Taco Bell, there are 4 fast chains that I used to frequently visit. One was and still is Taco Bell, McDonald's, KFC and El Pollo Loco. I don't eat or go there as much and as often as I used to, and that is because my eating habits, pattern has changed a lot over this past year and a half. Plus it is not healthy. But, when I do crave for some unhealthy food, I MUST have it! Moving on to my Taco Bell review, this review is specifically on this particular business. I have tried many different Taco Bells, and got many different vibes, along with taste of the food, and customer service. Service: Hit or miss, Food: Almost always good, Ambiance: can be better. Maintenance : sometimes clean & sometimes not. My issue is with their drive thru situation. The driveway is soooo narrow, that twice I hit my tires to their divider that is so close the their ordering kiosk and where you actually pick up the food. They do have so many good, but not very healthy food options like: Crunchwrap, Burritos of any kind, Tacos of every kind, Chalupas, Quesadillas, and again depending what you want to be in them. I really hate the new system of having to order through the screen because it gives employees every chance to ignore you even when you're standing 3 feet away from all 5 of them. Ordered 1 single cheesy potato and 1 Baja blast freeze, asked for the restroom code which I also had to yell out excuse me to get someone's attention and I assumed my order would be ready by the time I got out but low and behold I'm being ignored again while standing directly infront of them, 2 employees even walked passed to clock in. After having to say excuse me again to get my bag which I saw was on the shelf infront of me, I then had to remind them I also got a Baja blast freeze. Three stars because I like the food! I haven't been to this location in years, it used to be my go to one. Issues- parking lot- if you park your car here you will get blocked by the drive-thru line! Not OK, not well thought through, there was no thought into that. While we were waiting for the food, my husband realized that and moved the car on the street! Service: they want you to order ahead via app or qiosk here, they barely have any patience for direct order, like it used to be back in the day? I did order in person since we wanted to pay cash and needed more time -their menu changed since we last went (we don't do fast food often). I am not sure I will do again after this experience, don't have to. People who work here don't have patience, don't smile, not the best service. Not enough staff, they take forever to get your food. You need to ask for sauces and forks, don't have an area to get those anymore. Frankly, fast-food isn't fan anymore. Food was good(to go)- nachos bellgrande were very good, I always enjoy my crunchwrap supreme, my husband tried their beef grilled cheese burrito (one time only, way too much cheese), we enjoyed their chipotle ranch chicken burrito that we split, I would get it again, a tad spicy, flavorful, nice pieces of chicken. Not a fan of this Taco Bell (and I love Taco Bell). Let's get into it. First of all, the drive thru is horribly laid out. You can only enter from Magnolia and it cuts directly through the parking lot, and there is a very sharp turn around to get to the order box. I have seen more than one car have to do a multi-point turn to get in. Second, the drive thru here is RIDICULOUSLY slow. I know sometimes people take a while picking their order, but it can't be entirely that. Third, the drive thru basically cuts off the entire parking lot. If you do manage to park, good luck getting out again because someone will be in the drive thru. If you are lucky enough to get out you have to sit in the drive thru line to get out. Fourth, there is very, very minimal seating inside. I would just say avoid this location. read more

Zero Stars - Worst Service Ever As an Uber Eats driver, I went through the drive-thru and clearly stated I had an Uber pickup. No one responded, despite multiple attempts to get their attention. Frustrated, I approached the window, where I was met with a rude and disrespectful employee who angrily responded, "No you freaking didn't." I told him to bring his manager, who then dismissively asked to speak to me. I explained that's not how you treat someone, especially a customer or delivery driver. Honestly might be the worst taco bell out there. They are the most expensive taco bell I have ever been to. Even promos that they advertise are not the same promos elswhere. Whoever owns this location is a greedy lazy bastard for sure. The food tastes like it came from a disgruntled step parent instead of a loving two parent home. Also while only some taco bells might occassionally give you diarrhea, this location might as well slap a guaranteed colon cleanse on their packaging. Quick and simple drive thru experience. Drive thru is a bit tight. A sharp turn to get to the ordering box. Would be difficult for long vehicles. My car has terrible turning radius so i need to 3 point turn it to get in place. Parking lot is small and not great if you go in because the drive thru line will block you in. So if opting to eat in or walk up order, might be best to find a street spot. Cashier was friendly and prompt. Although I'm not a big fan of the price hikes for fast food, there's something i find comforting in their bean burritos. So that hit the spot. read more

Third day crunchy wrap supreme and a nachos spicy french fries. I've eaten at Taco Bell before and these were both just disgusting. The crunchy wrap supreme was about half an inch thick and the hamburger part in the bottom was about 1/8th thick and was just nasty. I just threw it all away. The nacho fries, spicy were burnt on the bottom, and folded it over like a burrito and it was all burnt. They need to do better, and I'm throwing out everything I got. The only thing they didn't ruin was the Dr. Pepper. Could have been a bad day. I've had other stuff from there before which was ok, but I doubt I will be back. read more

Closest TB to my house, so I've been there a few dozen (hundred?) times. No issue getting my food made appropriately and having orders correctly assembled. They do seem to frequently run out of Pepsi Zero. Online exclusives seem to rarely to never be available here. Biggest ding...and it's a doozy...is their pricing. It's consistently 30-50% more than other Taco Bells. If you need a TB fix and are willing to pay a heck of an uncharge, you're good. I won't ever go back to this location. My wife says she will never go to any Taco Bell again. I should've gone to the Burbank location which had 4 stars. My order: 1 Mexican pizza combo meal add sour cream to the pizza w/large Pepsi 1 Mexican pizza add sour cream à la carte 2 nacho cheese beef Chalupa Supremes (with beef and nacho cheese only) 1 bean and cheese burrito no onion no red sauce 1 large Pepsi Here we go. One pizza had no sour cream and no tomato (and minimal cheese, i took a pic). The other pizza was made to order. The two chalupas had cheese and nacho cheese when I specifically said "no lettuce, no tomato, no sour cream and no cheese...so just beef and nacho cheese only." The bean burrito was made to order. I showed 'no smiles' (the drive thru girl) my crappy looking pizza (wasn't going to ask for another one for fear of them spitting in it) and asked for a side of tomato and sour cream. She said it wasn't on the order and I would have to pay for it. I said "please use the sour cream that was taken off the chalupas." Manager came over and gave me side of sour. Then 'no smiles' said it was $.66 cents for the tomatoes, I said "no, and let me speak to the manager." The manager of course gave me the side of tomatoes. And guess what? I HAD TO ALSO ASK FOR 2 STRAWS, MY FIRE SAUCE AND NAPKINS. SO SAD. It was around 1:35PM when I went thru the drive thru (I say this because they failed to give me a receipt and I was livid when I was leaving so I forgot to ask for it). The bill was around $33. And usually you would expect a smile back when you smile at someone. Usually in the service industry one would think that a smile should be given first by the employee of the service provider, in this case this Taco Bell location. The one thing I love about Taco Bell is that there are vegetarian options and cause I don't eat beef, it's a good place for me to go to. The black bean chalupa with chipotle sauce is one of my favorites along with the sugar free baja blast. Will definitely come back. read more
