Try a different location. These children should be supervised. I have a Great Granddaughter that could have done better. They were too busy laughing at each other than to worry about the people who spend there hard earned money for food to be treated this way. The children who want over minimum wage should take $1 per hour and be happy they weren't fired. An easy order was given, 3 Soft Shell Supremes, Taco Pizza and Cinnamon Twists. I got 3 of the Tacos Hard Shell. You know the ones that crack open and spill in you lap and over your shirt and your Black Lab will lick it all off plus the parts that fall on the floor. honestly just an awful taco bell. Every time I go, no matter what time, the drive through line is EXTREMELY backed up. I understand things get busy and am generally willing to wait, but when you can't even get up to order in a matter of 20-30 minutes because the staff inside are dragging a**, it's pretty ridiculous. On top of that, they aren't diligent when making their orders and they are either poorly thrown together or just flat out wrong. This most recent trip i decided to go inside and see if that'd be quicker. Wrong. They completely forgot and skipped both mine and a friends order, we waited probably 30 minutes before having to REMIND THEM that we did not receive our food. The staff made it with no questions asked, and were honestly very nice about it. but it was rather annoying to be "forgotten" about when you were the only customers inside the store. Maybe just some coaching is needed, employee and manager wise. Super disappointed this is the only taco bell close to me. read more

This location is absolutely horrible. The lines are too long, and the service is terrible. I got breakfast at this Taco Bell and the drive thru lady (Leslie), gave me an attitude! Plus, they ran out of naked egg tacos at 8:30 in the morning. Which, is all I came for. We waited 20 minutes from when we paid to when we received our food and we only received our food after knocking on the window twice. The first time we were greeted with a rude associate that did not provide any remedy to the issue. The second time we knocked on the window to cancel our order so we could leave the restaurant they finally handed us our food with half of our order being given to us cold. I did not even want the food provided to us by the time it was finally delivered, but we felt bad to holdup the line of 10+ cars to demand a refund. We want a full refund of the $12.16 we paid for the food and we demand that the company retrain the staff or fire the current staff and hire competent staff member that can handle the fast food industry need for expedited service. read more

Came in with my mom we order separate I ordered under name initial Tony she ordered under cc. I ordered the combo 11 three nacho cheese Doritos locos taco and two pintos and cheese my mother ordered a Mexican pizza a beefy Frito burrito she asked for red sauce and onions in the burrito. The manger on shift making our food did not put the red saics or onions in the burrito and the Mexican pizza that is supposed come with the red sauce did not get put on the pizza she said it tasted like garbage. my order was also terrible by the way we waited 30 minutes people behind us got their food before us. But back my order my taco shells were stale my pintos and cheese were all saugy and soupy and did not come with red sauss like it's suppose to and they put too much cheese in place of it. If they ran out of red sauce they should of told us cause we wouldn't of ordered these items otherwise. The manger was rude and embarrassed us and when we asked where our food is he told his employee in a rude tone thinking we didn't hear him "go see what they want" they told us we don't know then they found our order and didn't tell us how much longer it would be. The other female employee in drive thru that he told rudely to help us was very polite but the other female employee and the shift manager were incompetent and rude. They said they were short handed and their screens supposedly went dark during a storm for a minute. But still that is not my problem. And when the manger handed me my food he said sorry while not looking me in the eye no eye contact at all and rude Manor too. This is the worst experience ever out of any taco Bell ever. If a general or regional manger contacts me I'd be happy to explain to them this experience. Would love a free meal for both of us for this experience! read more

I love Taco Bell.. I just didn't this time. After ordering we had to wait in line for a good twenty minutes just to get our food. Right after we ordered our food they give us our frozen drinks, they were already completely melted. When we did step up for our food they informed us they were out of beef so we settled for chicken instead. The food was cold and not at all what we had expected. read more
