Some places insist you order all of one meat but here they allow you to choose any kind of meat for your filling (a huge plus in my book). I was intrigued by the vegan and vegetarian choices but went with the al pastor, carnitas, chorizo, and asada. My favorites were the al pastor topped with diced pineapple and the flavorful chorizo. The asada and carnitas were solid but just not my jam. My husband was surprised at just how much food was on the sopes plate. They pile them high with lots of toppings in addition to the meat. Unfortunately they didn't have aguas frescas or champurrado (just bottled water and sodas). And, though they were friendly and welcoming, I also didn't see them wearing masks or gloves. (To be fair, my husband said he saw gloves when he went to pick up the food.) The wait can be a bit long depending on who has ordered at the brewery.
