12-Nov-2017 Update: I stopped going here for quite awhile. I finally decided to try again and am very impressed. The food has been very fresh. The drive-thru has been fast and efficient. Sauce packet quantity has been good. Napkins have been in every bag. I don't know if local management changed or if it was just general personnel changes, but this location is well improved. I congratulate the employees and management! (old review) I frequent this location at least twice a week. It is really, really hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and other days it's horrible. Got boss nachos on the 26th around noon and couldn't eat them. The chips were stale and rancid. The lady at the drive didn't ask if I wanted sauce and, when I did ask, just have me a handful loose, not in a bag. So I have a tray of nachos, a handful of sauce, a drink and a handful of napkins. Pathetic. It's a 50/50 shot if the managers are sitting in the parking lot smoking. Like so many places today, nobody acts as if they care. There are some people there that try hard and I feel bad that their effort gets crushed by the others. As others mentioned, the sauce issue is crazy. I like a lot of sauce and getting 3 to 6 packets isn't enough, depending on what I order. But, if I say I want extra sauce, I don't need half a case either. It seems to be an all or nothing deal. As an ex-fast food worker, this quality of fid and service never would have been tolerated by my managers years ago, let alone by my own conscience as an employee. read more

Order was messed up and they refused to refund. They had already charged us and we waited over 10 minutes to get an order of only 2 items. After waiting, they told us one of the items is no longer available (ran out) and did not give us the option to have a refund, instead, they offered a substitution which we did not want. read more

Ordered a burrito that was almost 2.99 and they provided one that was 1.59... it was not the girl at the window she was kind... sick of being ripped off because the ones making and bagging the food do not know their own menu or just don't care which seems to be the majority of the staff issues. Im not giving any rating but was forced too, the guy i had to deal with tonight doesnt deserve a rating or even the wage Taco Bell is paying him!! I've been coming to this location for 8 years never had a problem, whoever was working the drive through tonight was more concered about his phone then getting me what I needed, he threw my bag into my car, then i askwd for hot and fire sauce and threw just hot sauce at me throw my window, half of them fell into the drive thru. The employees on break in lobby were talking on speakerphone the whole time. I don't know why people talk on speakerphone in public no one wants to hear you annoying conversation. Their soft drinks are terrible tasting. I got Mountain Dew and taste worse than most generic sodas. read more

It's Taco Bell, so you know what you're going to get. The food is what you'd expect from Taco Bell. Good, not great. Service at this location has been uniformly good. Especially the daytime staff is competent and responsive. Their new approach of up-selling everything two or three times is pretty annoying. Prices at Taco Bell have gone up quite a bit post-COVIC, just like every-other fast food/fast service place. Just like every food place from fine, sit-down dining to grocery shopping. It's still cheaper than elsewhere. When yelp asks about "ambiance" I don't really know what to say. It's a Taco Bell. This location is cleaner than most and has good air conditioning. It's normally pretty empty/quiet inside. The drive-through moves along pretty quickly. read more

Our food was ordered at 8:30 and the receipt stated the food was ready at 8:35 the employees never called our name, we waited for 40 minutes thinking the drive through was busy and not trying to pressure them, but went to ask after those 40 minutes and our food was sitting on top of a shelf those 35 minutes and our name was never called read more

Just got home from the drive through and we were royally fucked. We ordered 2 chicken quesadillas with double chicken, 1 soft taco, 1 chicken soft taco, one Crunchwrap supreme and one chicken chalupa. We received no quesadillas, 1 soft taco, 3 chicken soft tacos, a Crunchwrap supreme with about a teaspoon of ground beef and a chicken chalupa with one strip of chicken. We didn't check the bag (our mistake) because when we were handed the food, the employee said "your 6 items are in there." Will not be returning. read more

I did an Uber order. Less than half arrived. When I called, they offered no resolution other than to drive to the location and talk to the manager. They didn't even allow me to resolve it with the manager on the phone. The manager offered to replace the order. They offered no compensation, no discount, nada for my trouble. I asked. They still refused. When I got the order, they still had it wrong. I had to wait at the counter while they ignored me. I finally had to loudly request to someone working drive-through if I might get the ordered drink. Customer service is non-existent. They don't care. I guess they get enough drive-through that it doesn't matter. Uber Eats was also non-responsive to the problem. Avoid this location. read more

This Taco Bell gets 5 stars for a few reasons. Flawless ordering. They really have their crap together. At the window when we paid, Veronica asked us how our night was going and made small talk. I was so shocked and felt so good just from a simple question! She was great and really was making the best out of the new no touch Covid rules. She was so positive while we talked. I really hope she gets the appreciation she deserves. We received our food really quickly and everything was correct. Safe to say this is our new Taco Bell! We will be back again! read more

Hate giving bad reviews and I LOVE Taco Bell but I've been standing here in line for at least 5 minutes-the ONLY customer here, while 2 employees keep walking right past me. Maybe I'm invisible now? That wasn't the super power I wished for but I'll take it. Seriously tho it's rather rude- it isn't hard to acknowledge a customer & -at the very least- let them know you'll be with them soon or maybe even are actually aware they are there & you're working on their order. Poor service; my wife and I came in waiting to order then was a wait cause no one was at the register's till we ordered on the kiosk. There was no customer service at all. They messed up our order. I went up to correct the mistakes; she threw my fountain drink cup and walked away all pissed off. Imagine ordering food and being as patient as possible. While the lobby is full of customers waiting for food, all you can hear is the shift manager berate and belittle the teenage employees. That's the experience you'll get at store number 033176. When asked who the shift manager is on duty and their name, you're told your welcome to complain and get free food as if that's the point. I expressed how wrong it was for her to treat her employees in such a disturbing way and that I needed her name, the general manager's name, and the store number! I was denied all three and told to come back in the morning. I called the store in west valley on 56 to get the information I needed about the store as whoever was in charge didn't want to give their name. I'm repulsed at such treatment and intend on speaking with the Area Coach tomorrow. Today's date is 12/28/2020. My receipt shows I was in the store at 7:48 pm Mountain time. I surely hope they find some new managers soon, or not only will they lose business but employees as well. Poor kid! read more

This spot is very unprofessional. My wife and i were hungry in the middle of the night and we didn't want McDonald's or betos so we settled for Taco Bell. I drove to this spot as fast as i could and got there 20 min before closing time which is 1am. I drove up and got told that they were closed. I tried to ask if they could do my order since i was the only one there and they shut me down again saying they couldn't do anything. They forgot my mild sauce again! Oh Taco Bell how could you. I go to you stores to eat tacos with mild sauce and for the forth time in a week you forgot to add your delicious sauce to my bag. I even begged and pleaded at the ordering screen and window to not forget the sauce but it was to no avail.....NO SAUCE IN MY BAG AGAIN! I'm starting to feel as though you are messing with me. Like hey it's that guy with the beard begging for sauce again. Let's see what he does when we give him none. Mawahaha! All kidding aside Taco Bell is never that great anyways but this location takes to cake. This location is poorly ran and up charge for the slightest change on any of their food. This place not only gets your order wrong almost every time you go but their food is not good at all. I also work in a Quick Service restaurant, so I was kinda baffled by the way I treated here tonight. I asked at the speaker, what a cheesy rollup was. This was the ensuing conversation: Me: What is the cheesy rollup on your dollar menu? Employee: a rollup with cheese. Me: that's not very descriptive. Employee: Well, it was a self explanatory question. Me: Can I please speak to the manager on duty, that I know has a headset on and is listening to this conversation? Manager: Yes? The location on 3500 s and 5600 w by the Walmart and Chicfilet got burnt or burnt down.. so the app doesn't know this and we placed an order there. We show up and it's wrapped in caution tape lol. So I called up this location, Makaela I think, the manager at this location, she gets a gold star and a high five.
