If you want to wait 25 plus minus for ordering at the kiosk in the store then go for it .. drivethru is always at least 8-10 cars deep. Filthy dirty inside no one cleans up and while in there every doordash order picked up the people to ask for the cups and fill the drinks up themselves . if you can't handle the customers in front of you then maybe you should turn off doordash for your store. read more

Get to the window pay .. as I'm waiting ... the (manager I'm guessing) brings a bag over that was apparently a DoorDash or GrubHub order that wasn't picked up .. opens bag and takes a nacho fry out and puts into a bag . About a minute later .. window guy hands me my bag ... I drive off . Open bag and I get 2 burritos and 2 nacho fries . I eat one of the fries and it's cold ... not even warm . I try one of the other fries and they were pretty hot . Open one of the burritos and it's like warm . I eat it and it was terrible.. wasn't even the correct burrito . I try the other one ... much better and the correct burrito. No cinnamon twists in bag . Literally EVERY time I go to this Taco Bell I'm insanely disappointed. I go to Taco Bell a lot and I have to say that this is the only one that consistently screws up and is extremely below standard. Half the time I ask for something they usually don't have food in stock. And when they actually have food in stock they royally mess up the order. I'm not sure what the hell they were smoking when making my order, but refer to my pictures for a better understanding. Every time I get something that uses a tortilla shell, they're stuck to the wrapper. This location is not good! Workers as the slowest of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. And one of the women who work in the drivethru is literally the rudest I've ever encountered. This place has screwed my order up more than once so the last time I went I was checking my bag to make sure everything was there and she says "we gave you all your food" in a nasty nasty manner, and guess what? TLDR: Food was not fast and needs to be more on top of cleaning. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Came at 3:30pm on a Sunday and with no one in the drive thru and only 1 person in front of me in line it took 30 minutes to get my food. When I went to get my drink the machine was covered in spilled drinks and was super sticky. It's winter, but the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped all day and the rail near my table had dust on it so that needed cleaning too. Looks like the only people cleaning were customers as people were wiping their own tables to eat. Not sure why this place was taking so long for everyone's food as multiple people were getting mad at 30+ minute waits. Waits could have been made more tolerable with some tv but the receiver was off according to the screen. Only saving grace was that the men's bathroom looked passable for a fast food place. The food was strewn all over the bag. It looked like a toddler threw a couple of food items into the bag and called it a day. My drink and Cheese Quesadilla were missing. And the bag wasn't even sealed properly. I had to toss out the entire thing because of how inedible the food looked. Extremely disappointed. So I saw this commercial for the new Cantina Bell menu at Taco Bell and I decided I'd have to try the Cantina Bowl. You know you all want to- you just don't want to walk the Taco Bell Shuffle of Shame. While I was at it, I ordered one of those Doritos shell tacos too. Just to try it. The taco was meh. That Doritos shell was just meh and didn't tickle my fancy in the slightest. Wouldn't order it again. The Chicken Cantina Bowl was not bad at all. It was an honest effort to copy Chipotle's burrito bowls. I thought the beans were a little slimy. Could have done without them altogether. But the taste of the cilantro lime dressing was good, chicken was tender, and everything else was decent. For 500-ish calories it was a healthier alternative to some of the lunches I've had in recent times. Though, if we're talking nutrition stats, the sodium content in this salad is over 1500 mg. YIKES!!!! Daily sodium intake is recommended at 2000 mg. Shoooooooooooot! I can't imagine where all of this salt comes from... Doesn't taste overly salty to me, and that's scary! I wouldn't eat this all the time but it's a lower calorie alternative to Chipotle and closer to work. So, that's cool. One other thing I don't like... The Bell only offers one no or low calorie drink option- Diet Pepsi. Ugh. Why no unsweetened iced tea? Or a light lemonade or something?? I've come to not have very high hopes for any given Taco Bell. It's cheap fast food and sub-par service at its best. This location is closest to our house, so if we are in the mood to run for the border, this is our stop. It's often pretty busy in here, since it is cheap and so close to the university. For this reason, expect to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait some more. When you get your order, it may or may not be right, and you may have to wait to get someone's attention to get it fixed. They have kiosk ordering now, which is fine. But the counter should still be manned, and they've essentially given up on human-to-human interaction. I still give it three stars here because the food is fine. It's solid Taco Bell. Everything is fairly fresh, probably because they so rapidly go through stock since it's a busy location. The dining room cleanliness is hit-or-miss, but the sauce packet tubs are usually full. If you've got a hankering for Taco Bell, you could do worse than this location. read more

This Taco Bell is a good one. The employees are always kind and the service is good. And Taco bell is great if you are on a tight budget. It is pretty clean too.
