The food is good and the seating is plentiful. The entrance is on the corner of the street and watch out for the extra little step that isn't visible at night because there's no proper lighting outside.
Beers on tap are fresh.
Menu is extensive with several options for traditional dishes (goulash soup, fried cheese) as well as generic plates (chicken caesar salad, grilled rosemary chicken breast) in addition to standard bar food.
Service will get you served. Nothing more to comment there.
Prices are very reasonable relative to the fact that you're in a hotel. However, the prices are down right cheap relative to the conversion rates.
It can get busy/crowded/loud but hey, what do you expect? If for whatever reason we ever come back to this town (which is fairly relaxing and easy to walk around), I'd happily stay here again for both a bed and a bite.
