Both pasta Tajarin and Risotto were well made but I feel the truffle overpowered the taste of the pasta, wasn't that well balanced. Both were quite pricey: 35 and 38 euros. This is a hidden gem!! Tarfuti to your hearts content. Highly recommend, but reservations are a must!! We saw lots of walk ups turned away. The Degustazione menu is a "steal." Also for only 10 Euro more you get two Glasses on vino. Food is wonderful. No scrimping on tarfuti in any of the courses. A wonderful experience if you're in Torino. Don't miss this one.
