I returned today with a group of seven friends. We had a 12:30pm reservation for brunch. I was surprised to find out we were forced to sit outside--the temperature was 3° C today. There is a heat lamp but it was still like sitting in a freezer outside. "We only serve brunch outside," said the waiter. Ninety minutes later, when we paid the check, i went inside to go to the bathroom and I was shocked to see that in the dining room how many people were eating in there: exactly zero! I am quite annoyed that a restaurant of this high status cannot be more accommodating and have better hospitality. They could have easily moved us inside. I am not sure if I will be returning on future visits.

Only 1 wine was available from the reserve group and none from the especial group. The first order of wine came fairly quickly. We ordered 2 items from the menu. 1 came, our glasses were empty. The second dish I thought would never come. No wait staff ever came to check on us even though our glasses were empty for 20 minutes, as were mos clients. From our vantage poin I could see the wait staff in the mirror chatting and hanging out, without a thought of checking on patrons. Finally I walked back to order 2 more glasses of wind and check on our second dish. It did finally arrive. To pay our bill I had to walk to back of the restaurant and interrupt the caring waiters. It is sad to see a place with so much potential destroyed by bad employees.

The Tuna as well...juicy and tender. The croqueta was a bit basic. The Jamon on the other hand was of very good quality. Prices were fair, staff was friendly. It is a combined sports bars and daily news spot. The first night we were there, we made a point of greeting all the regulars as they sat and spent their evening at "their table". Second night, we were met with big smiles from the regulars. Third night, we got to cheer for the bull and boo the sloppy matador during a televised bullfight. Fourth night, we joined in with the cheering for Barcelona in their futbol game with Manchester. Great food, great bar, outside tables and inside tables. A real family place. Owners are the best.
