When I went outside to test the Bluetooth speaker they'd sold me, I found it was defective to the point of being unusable. It seemed to be sending unauthorized commands to my phone - turning volume up and down, pausing music, restarting songs. When I re-entered and asked for a refund, the employees quickly became emotional and aggressive. The young man and older woman working there blamed my iPhone case, my iPhone, and then finally me for touching my phone or the speaker. I took the case off, rested the phone and speaker on the counter, and did not touch or interfere in any way. Even as it continued to glitch on its own, they berated me. I've connected many different Bluetooth speakers and devices over the years to my phone in my job, so I know that this is not normal. They raised their voices and spoke to me with such disrespect and aggression that many people outside began stopping to watch. I had a family member with me witnessing their unacceptable behavior, and I was eventually joined by more of my family. But both employees continued to keep yelling at me. **This is when the aggression and tempers became physical. At a moment when I happened to be trying to listen and communicate with the female employee behind the desk, the male employee *pushed me* hard on my left shoulder to turn my body to face him. Once I was facing him, he *screamed in my face.*** I could see he clearly was angered and felt disrespected that my attention wasn't on him. But they were both yelling different things at me at the same time. I can only really participate in one *conversation* at a time. It was never my intention to ignore or dismissing him. I just happened to be listening and trying to communicate with the woman at that moment. The woman eventually decided to give me a full refund. She practically shoved the money at me, and both employees complained and raised their voices as they did this and as we left with our money. All this over a $50 speaker.

You have to check every store one by one. Allow me to save you the trouble. If you're looking to enjoy a premium stick while in Sorrento, stop by Miccio. Largest selection I've seen here. Not extensive, but has enough to satisfy most people. Robain, Julliette, montecristo, cohiba. Enjoy.
