Tabac Joffre deserves an award for going the extra mile for a visitor not even a customer!! We were US tourists who suddenly found their cell phone was missing. As luck would have it some unknown person (thank you!!) turned in the phone to this shop. When a friend called me from the US, the shop answered and - long story - my phone was mailed back to me in Denver, no bill included. Oh yes, and it came with a clever drawing - imagine.
