I stopped at this gas station on my drive from Houston to San Antonio as I wanted to grab a coffee and snack. Inside, they had a dunk in donuts and other places but I decided to go with a protein bar and regular coffee. The inside was clean and well kept and the prices were reasonable (not crazy high like some gas stations). Most of the inside stores (aside from Dunkin) we're closed which was a bit disappointing but not a big deal. I was able to get in and out quickly as there wasn't a line and everything else was readily available. I'd stop here again. read more

On a road trip and stopped here. We've stopped here before and it's pretty much the same. It's a nice travel center. They have a Carl's Jr, and a Dunkin Donuts. It's bright with a lot of selections of snacks and drinks. They have many bathroom stalls that could have been a little cleaner but it's one of the better bathrooms I've been to for a road trip. They have gas pumps for filling up your vehicle when you need it. read more

Well color me surprised! After being in Houston, we were on I-10, heading in the direction of San Antonio and needed to get some gas. We had seen this place being built earlier, and this time we pulled in. The exit road is still a bit rough, so we slowed appropriately upon exit. It is similar to the giant stops with 1,000 car at a time, but much smaller. I strolled inside to first use the restroom (of course) and was quite surprised at how clean the upkeep was maintained. Afterwards I came out and noticed that there were several fast food places inside and no trash littering the tables or floors. I gave a most pleasant lady working as cashier money for gas and walked out and low and behold, there was not the stench of spilled diesel or gasoline. When you walk in everything looks great, but don't go in the restroom, every stall was nasty and poop everywhere looked like nobody cleaned for a week, then I go to get a sod from the machine and it was flat. read more

I usually stop here to and from Houston when I just can't hold it until Bucees - usually after stopping at the Luling or Katy Bucees. Very difficult not to compare it to my beloved Bucees. The bathrooms are clean enough but I took stars off for the following reasons: not being Bucees, most of the stalls in the Women's room are missing the hook on the door for your purse and/or jacket, and the name is an unfortunate choice of two letters probably chosen to appeal to truck drivers with the curvy woman silhouette on their mud flaps. An extra star given for being located between the two previously mentioned Bucees locations. read more

A-ok, I would stop here again.More than the local standard # of gas pumps, as you may have learned to expect in the last 5+ years of larger travel stops along the middle of nowhere. Both bathrooms were clean and supplied. Lots of refreshment choices, although I couldn't find Twizzlers, just nibs. There was a hot food station, no employees behind it but burgers, pizza, a few chicken options in the display case. Range of healthy-to-un deli selections (lunchables, microwave burritos, salads, veg/dips) in a giant cold bin, country kitsch accessories from expected to questionable. Very friendly cashiers. I scooped up my roommate from Katy and on the way home he said we have to stop in here and get some jerky. Anyone who knows me knows that the phrase "let's get some jerky" is speaking my language. This place is so shiny and new and I was impressed at the selection of local products that they had. We then headed to the jerky counter and you could mix and match or purchase bags of one flavor. I decided to mix and match the Junior's Smokehouse jerk and I added in a couple of meat sticks or as I call them smokies. The gal helping me was knowledgeable about the jerky and super patient while I decided on my selections. We grabbed a couple of cokes and got back in the car. Now every time I am headed home from East Texas to Austin I will have to stop in here to fill up on some jerky! read more

Worst Carl's Jr. EVER. AWFUL service, The order takers were clueless and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They gave me a Santa Fe chicken without the green chili and didn't say a word about it until I brought it to their attention and they said "we ran out of the green chili."Their drink machine was out of order as well as their ketchup pump. Avoid this Disaster off of Interstate 10 near Sealy! Bad Service! Rude employees! read more

Three stars for clean bathroom, but two of the stalls were out of service. Coffee tasted excellent and fairly priced. Duncan Donuts, Subway's, and Carl Jr were available as food options. The clerks were not very friendly. One of the drive way entrance had several potholes. Easy exit and entrance to I-10 freeway. It is ok place for bathroom break. read more

Very impressive. I haven't been to a TA stop in years because I remember them as truck stops. I was on empty so I stopped here and this company has really "upped their game" towards the everyday traveler. Yes...the back part of the property is a truck stop but you can barely notice it from the front (nice design actually). From the front you see a Shell station, a Carl's jr, Subway, and Dunkin Donuts...plus their TA convenience store. The bathrooms here are great. Plenty of them and clean. They sell sundaes by the ounce, food and lots of drinks and snacks. The place is clean and bright. Best of all the people are friendly and attentive. I will be stopping here more often. read more

Outstanding customer service! I stopped by on my way back to Houston on labor day weekend. When I got back to my car, I realized I had lost my keys somewhere inside. I went back, looked around inside, still couldn't find them. Then I realized I might have had them in my hands when I threw away some trash before walking in. I found the custodian, explained what happened and he kindly dug through a full bag of trash to find the key some idiot had stupidly thrown away. Amazing! All the staff were wonderful throughout the embarrassing adventure as well. The restrooms were spotless and the food/drink selections were plentiful. Just ate at the Carl's Jr. inside the TA truck stop/travel stop. The food was fresh and amazing, granted I was hungry but I can't imagine it getting any freshed. Prompt service with a smile even at 10:30 at night. read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Very dirty inside and incompetent staff. I tried ordering 2 simple iced coffees with caramel and the woman repeated my order back to me wrong so I restarted that I would like to add caramel to both coffees. One of the coffees was handed to me with coffee/caramel all over the outside of the cup and no ice. The other was handed to me with no ice or caramel. My friend, who was in line behind me, ordered the same thing and had no ice in her coffee either. We ended up throwing all 3 coffees in the trash. The bathrooms were dirty and the place was covered with flies. Really disappointed with the overall customer service because it has potential to be a great place for people traveling. read more

When this place first opened a few years ago it was nice and clean, but now it must have new management or something but it is horrible, gross bathrooms, all trash cans in and out were completely full, the woman at the subway was really rude and they were very slow, and so was Carl's jr. my husband was the only person ordering there and it took them 15 min just to make his order. read more

Gave Dunkin Doughnuts a 1 star because they dont have -1. Flies were on doughnuts and employees really rude. Will never recommend this dump. Should b closed until doors put on display cases. read more
