He also cleaned out our black water tank and now our sensors work! Earl was very personable and knowledgeable! Thanks, Earl! It was a pleasure doing business with you! Ken and Carolea

When I was having a problem with both of the AC units on my RV I called Earl Lytle of "My Name is…read moreEarl RV Repair and Inspection". The original AC unit was covered under the five year extended warranty I had purchased two years earlier when I bought my RV. The second AC unit had been installed by a large RV Dealer eleven months earlier and was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Earl came to my location and quickly isolated the problems using a multimeter and specialized training. Earl contacted Dometic, the company which manufactured both AC units, to discuss his findings. The newer AC had a failed thermal relay but this part was no longer available. The other AC unit, only three years old, was icing up due to a low level of freon in the system. Dometic agreed both AC units had failed under warranty and agreed to send two new AC units. While I awaited arrival of the two AC units Earl loaned me a portable AC unit to keep me comfortable in sunny 95 plus Florida weather. Earl promptly replaced my two AC units on time with no problems. I highly recommend Earl's RV Repair and Inspection Service.

Update: Unfortunately we had to find out that our initially good impression of this dealership was…read morewrong. Typical deceptive dealership with nothing else than profit in their mind. We only asked them to reimburse us $200 to fix a wiring problem which already existed before we picked our vehicle up. Every time when we called it was "no problem, we will reimburse you". Later the response was: "You bought the vehicle as is". So they charge a $399,- "pre-delivery fee" for inspecting and correcting issues and then their expert mechanic doesn't even notice that the marker lights aren't working? These are required by law and you can get a ticket if they don't work. I can't believe that a licensed dealership which employs licensed mechanics gets away with these kind of business practices. Yes, a mechanic can overlook something but then a reputable dealership should apologize and make it right. We can't recommend this dealership. Stay away.

I have attached a copy of the correspondence for your consideration. 1. The fact that this was the first you had heard of our concern reflects poorly on the salesman to whom we talked directly. 2. Now you are aware of the problem. 3. The information you requested was provided. 4. YOU STILL DIDN'T CALL A photo of the correspondence from the business is attached for your consideration. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASES ELSEWHERE If you have never owned a travel trailer and are looking for an honest broker look elsewhere. My mom (80 yo) and dad (86 yo) bought a travel trailer here and we are extremely disappointed. They bragged about how many years they had been in business but failed to disclose just what "soft spots" in the floor may portend. We pulled all the linoleum up to discover portions of the floor are rotten and infested with ants. I'm not gonna go on and on...look at the pictures. I understand that the travel trailer was sold as is but a reputable seller wouldn't sell a travel trailer in this condition and is they didn't know, well, I guess they don't have much to offer the countless years they have been in business

I know that they said it was a temporary fix but it wasn't even temporary when 5 hours later it's leaking.. the guy who came out and leveled my RV at least made sure I had no water coming in instead of it coming in straight off the roof running down the rubber it's running off the front like most of the water should.. it rained heavily that night and I didn't have any water at all! I told them I declined their work because of this.. if it's a temporary fix then make sure it's at least temporarily fixed and if I call the office and say it's still leaking have someone at least give me a call back so it can be addressed! I feel $80 for a service fee and the rest for labor is beyond steep with no resolution to my original slide leak! So in a nutshell it costs me $340 for absolutely nothing and to have the office never return my phone call about this issue! Unacceptable to me!
