I happened to walk by and see someone devouring a bao sandwhich - so I had to stop. I'm glad I did, too. One of the workers could speak English and was nice enough to give me time to practice my Spanish. He said that he is working on his English and the owner encourages it. So I give the service 5*.
The pork sandwich was great with a soft steamed bun, fatty pork belly, and crisp vegetables. The flavor was more toward the teriyaki and the pickles (if they were pickles) did not shine through. I would prefer stronger pickled vegetables, BUT the food was great. The tea was refreshing and nice too. read more
