Do not use this business for any type of service. We called yesterday and the man told us that he would schedule us for an 11 o'clock appointment to have our transmission fluid checked. We showed up today and the nasty woman working said they don't do appointments and there are six trucks ahead of us and they will hopefully get to us by 9 o'clock tonight Which is 10 hours away. Even once she understood how badly they had screwed us they she refused to help us. She acted like we were the ones who'd screwed up. No apologies at all. Avoid this place at all costs! read more
