Nice people but the service is terrible. The food took forever to come--almost 40 minutes--and when we received it, the food wasn't up to par. It was rushed, with parts of the meal missing. Also, at another time when they ran out of an order, it wasn't mentioned until after 30 minutes of waiting when it was time to pick it up. Lastly, they almost always seem to get the orders wrong. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after my only time visiting I will not be returning. I was lucky to arrive when there was just one person in front of me( it was a party of 6) so I did not mind waiting and I understand that making drinks takes time;however, I do not understand how drinks are ready for customers but they are not being called out. It seems to me that there is not enough staff for the demand. While I waiting I saw the line continue to grow until it was 'til the back of the establishment. I normally come here only if I don't want to drive anywhere else for boba. Although the drinks and snacks are consistent, there is always a long wait time. One time, I waited a good 15 minutes for ONE drink with only one person ahead of me. Their customer service is also not the best. The cashier always seems as if they don't want to be there, and they definitely don't hide it. I also observed them making drinks and there didn't seem to be much urgency to push orders out. T4 Tea For U is a new boba tea spot in town. Decided to give it a try. Not bad. Nothing new or extravagant. They have many choices of teas, from milk teas, to green teas, etc. they have the usual boba spot snacks like French fries and popcorn chicken. Staff aren't very talkative or outgoing based on my experience, but they did answer our questions and provided some suggestions. Decent amount of seating. Definitely a hang out spot for the younger generation, which I'm sure is their demographic. The basil popcorn chicken was pretty good, and my son liked their fried cheese sticks. For the price, the portions sizes were pretty good. They also serve items like ramen, but we weren't going to give that a try. I'm sure we will be frequenting this location at times. Store was busy when we came in. Customers were complaining about 45 minute wait that should've been the first red flag. Ordering went smoothly and I understood they were catching up on orders so I wasnt bothered UNTIL the person who ordered 3 people after me got his food before me. When I went to check on my order the person working the register quickly told me "we're backed up" ok if yall are backed up how does a person who ordered after get their food first? Love this place. Milk tea is great and I've only ever had the fried foods but they've all been delicious. It gets extremely busy when school gets out with two high schools so close, and ordering ahead of time can be a pain anytime of day (it's rare to get anyone to pick up the phone and their website has been difficult to order on, in my experience). Yay, another boba shop made it's way to the flatlands. T4 has a good selection of fruity teas, milk tea, smoothies and hot food. So far I've only had there drinks and they haven't disppointed me yet, except for the wait time. RANT: The shop is located close to Fairfield High and Wallyworld. One time I made the mistake of coming here on a Saturday afternoon and it was chaotic. The shop was packed with teenagers making posters for a school game and occupying almost all the tables (some didn't even order anything!). The line was crazy long to order (8-10 people were ahead of me) and there was a crowd forming off to the side waiting to pick up their orders. One thing I didn't like about their drink distribution is they let all the drink orders collect at the counter than call the numbers after a minute or so. It creates more traffic and congestion near the counter because everybody is waiting for their number to be called. Can y'all just call the number when the drink hits the counter during rush hour? Thanks. I wanted 15 mins to order and another 15-20 min for my drink and it had been sitting on the counter for over 2 minutes smh..... I don't quite know their busy hours yet, but I feel like after 3pm on weekdays should be avoided due to the highschool getting out nearby. I've been on a Saturday night (Dec. 23rd) and the place was dead. Anyways, I've had their honey peach smoothie, peppermint milk tea with cookie and apple tea--they were all pretty good. You can adjust sweetness and ice level which is a plus. I have yet to try their hot foods, but I've had them at their other locations. Basil chicken and takoyaki?! Mmm. They recently added ramen to the menu so I'm interested in trying that out next. Overall, wait time will be a hit or miss. It really just depends on what time you go and how busy it is. Also they've been making the orders in the correct order every time that I've gone in for the last few months. This is the one of the only 2 places between Fairfield, Vacaville and Suisun to get authentic TAIWAINESE milk tea. The others are Vietnamese or Filipino which some of you may not care but many will and can taste the difference. Came here to satisfy my boba craving while I was staying at Travis AFB. My boyfriend & I found this place to be really yummy. I ordered an oolong tea w/ boba, basil popcorn chicken, and my boyfriend ordered the black tonkatsu ramen. My boba was really yummy, not too sweet. The basil popcorn chicken here isn't the same I'm used to, but it's tasty nonetheless, and the chicken had more meat than fat which we liked! Their ramen is meh, honestly. I've been here a few times already since their soft opening and so far, the overall experience has been pretty much like Yelp says, "A-OK". It's still fairly new, so there's still lots of room for improvement, but that's expected with every new place. Some of my favorites so far include the egg puffs (tasty and best eaten right away while they're still warm), popcorn chicken (very flavorful, but request the sweet chili sauce if you want to dip it in something), elegant rose aloe tea (I added jellies to this one; it definitely lives up to it's 'elegant' name with tons of dried petals floating on top of the drink), and the strawberry lemonade (refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day). The thai tea was unfortunately not the best.. very bitter and the ratio was off, but the tapioca pearl itself had good texture and chewiness. Be prepared to wait, especially if it's crowded. One one of the days we went there, there were only a few people in line, but we ended up waiting almost half an hour since they messed up the drinks for the person before us. read more

Finally a boba tea place so close to my house! 2nd time coming here (they are currently on soft opening) so it's now time to review after trying my favorite teas to always order no matter what: Thai Milk Tea and Jasmine Milk Tea! My first time here I notice the sign and made my poor husband do a U-Turn so we can check it out! Place was busy both times we arrived and the decor is pretty straight forward with solid colors of black, white, blue, and yellow. Pretty much your typical boba place. I'm hoping when thy officially open they will have the menu display on tvs above the cash register on the right side. Service is good, they are friendly and quick! Thai milk tea is very good, it doesn't have that artificial taste that some boba places tend to have, it has just the right amount of sweetness to it. Jasmine milk tea is also good, sweetness to par and it have that nice Floral aroma you look for when you get this type of drink! One surprise was the egg puffs: it was So good! Just enough crisp to the edge and nice and fluffy inside! Will certainly be a fan favorite! Other boba places in the area better be afraid this place passes all marks and it will be my go to for boba drinks! I'd give this place a solid 3.5 stars. I love tea and boba, and I've even worked at a boba shop during college so I can say I'm pretty picky when looking for a good boba shop. After trying it for the third time, I've consistently gotten delicious, not overly-sweetened tea. Their teas do not taste made from powder like some milk teas tend to taste at other spots. The menu has a pretty big selection ranging from fruity teas to milk teas and smoothie boba drinks. I prefer milk teas, and my favorite to order here is the milk tea with coffee jelly and pearls. The combination is perfect ! I've only tried one snack - the popcorn chicken. It came out hot and crispy, but nothing too special. Something I did appreciate though is that they leave out a container of spicy powder for customers to put their own spice on the food. They also leave out sweet and sour sauce which always makes a good dip for fried snacks. The tables get dirty pretty fast since a lot of people come in and out of this place, and I also noticed they seemed low on employees every time I've gone. My boyfriend and I go here, whenever we crave for Ramen because it's the closest one near us. We order the Black Garlic Ramen and their fried calamari. The Ramen itself is decent, but I've had better. It comes in one size, and it's pretty large for one person. I never finish it all. They are generous with the meat and noodles. The meat is fairly large, and they usually give 3 pieces that are the size of my palm. It's soft and delicious. The noodles are chewy and are similar to other Ramen places. What I think they should work on to make their Ramen more tasty is the soup base itself. I would like it to taste more rich and savory. For snacks, the calamari is bomb!!
