It did not begin well with the workmen damaging window sills with their tools But this was sorted quickly and TWS paid for the repainting once they had finished BEWARE you cannot speak to TWS directly and have to hope the message left with a call centre gets a response- thats how they avoid discussing your problems !!! They are very money minded with all workmen asking for a payment before they start work You CANNOT PAY by credit card so again no way to claim your money back if there is a problem! The LEAKS began when it rained !! Small at first - see photo 1 then pouring in - video 1 It took 2 weeks to organise their surveyors visit - then cancelled as he was "ill" Complaining and saying we would leave them a negative review resulted in an instant nasty call from Tony the co owner But it did get their electrician out to disconnect the ceiling spotlights where water was coming through! A week later the surveyor appeared and when asked if he was well now as he was unwell and could not come earlier, he looked surprised saying he'd not been unwell and was now the firms only Surveyor as the other had left as had other office staff leaving only one in the office! The outcome of his visit was to confirm our own roofers report that the TWS workman had not properly sealed the new conservatory roof to the house roof thus allowing water inside The Surveyor would report this to Tony and said it was acceptable for us to get our roofer to immediately do the job properly and TWS would reimburse us the cost We understand this was because as the boss had informed us earlier they had over 240 , YES over 240 !! service call's outstanding!! So our roofer did the job and we sent TWS his invoice after paying him We spent 1/2 hours each day for a week repairing the damaged paintwork inside - see photo 1 and trying, unsuccessfully ,to get the stain off the carpet inside - see photo 3 7 .5 weeks later we are still waiting for TWS to reimburse us after agreeing to pay. 3 different excuses to date before we gave them the first "please pay by date" last month Illness in the owners family is the reason we have been patient but we have the same situation and TWS are aware of this and the the stress they are causing us With so many excuses and two deadlines passing we are going to make a claim in Court against TWS for 1. Getting the leaks repaired 2. and 3. Claiming for redecoration and carpet cleaning or replacement. I agree. Very quick to install and take my money, took 4 months to correct teething problems. Now have a problem with my roof which has not been fixed since I reported it 7 months ago! 5 lots of men have been to inspect it, I have wasted days off work because appointments have been cancelled at the last minute, it seems like the the staff on the phone are unable to make any decisions because I am always told that things have to be checked with management, I am promised someone will ring me back but this rarely seems to happen and I have to chase it up, the owner seems to spend most of his time out of the country, and I am sure I have been lied to on several occasions with feeble excuses. I have already told my friends who are wanting a conservatory not to use this company. Do not get a quote from them because even the man that came out initially told us a 'story' about how an old couple had given backwards at the last minute so they could fit us in for installation within a couple of weeks, shoud have seen the alarm bells ringing then. I would not even give them a 1 star rating, aftersales care has been appalling! read more

We had an orangery style conservatory built 2 years ago in December what an absolute nightmare from start to finish, still have issues that are not being resolved, first problem - made the base too big so we couldn't get in to the garden, had to change that which meant the roof they had ordered was wrong, plastering of the walls had to be done twice, the plasterers son came with a mate 1st day, he was hung over and didn't get in from the night out until 5.30am, he had driven the van to our house by 7.30am, made a mess and it had to be resolved the following day. Roof was glazed in two different types of glass one half self cleaning the other not, it was very apparent when it rained. Tony the owner said it wasn't possible and sent the guy from the glass company who confirmed it was two types of glass. Had leaks from the windows which again tony said it was condensation, but as I put a hose pipe to clean the windows it flooded in the sides and sides of patio doors. When fitters came back out the windows and doors had been fitted without some kind of seal, unbelievable. then there was wet patches on the floor where it met the wall once again the fitters came out and found that there was a gap between roof and walls which was letting rain run in between the brick wall and breeze block and seeping through to the inside., Think we are done oh no, opening window in roof started leaking fitters came out and said it was fine, so out came the hose pipe again to prove that it was leaking. we are nearly 2 year in and we still have issues that need resolving, Keep well away from TWS they are a bunch of cowboys that promise the earth and just cause so many problems and unnecessary stress. read more

Went to visit showroom based on leaflet which said composite doors fully fitted from £495. Had to wait ages for salesman even though empty. Guy in office jyst said to go and look for a big bloke! Poor service! Eventually salesmen came but refused to tell me starting point and chespest door as it depended what i wanted. I wanted a basic starting price! After much deliberating showing locks etc I pickef a door and asked price. Yes this was the cheaper one. When he priced it the starting price was £923 and if i wanted basics of handle and letterbox and choice of colour it came to over £1200. They very kindly agreed to deduct £105 off the price if I bought today!! I asked why it was so different from the leaflet and it was apparently as my property was older! We then did some research ringing local companies. All were very friendly and helpful and we have found the exact door, same make for £400 less in more than one company who actually have customers houses to view. I would not recommend this company who had poor customer service skills even at the buying stage and are very patronising as well as way overpriced. read more

We have just had a conservatory built by TWS Leeds and the workmanship is second to none and the lady in the installation department has always been very helpful on the telephone. I am really shocked at reading the reviews on here as I received great service from these guys! They quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done quickly and most important cleanly! The conservatory they fitted for me was brilliant and I've had no problems since. They even sent me flowers as a thank you afterwards! I have double checked the company and this is definitely the correct one so don't understand why people have had bad service. read more

Great service from start to finish. With a vast market of products and installers to choose from, it's a big dilemma. I like to see the product first hand ,so a visit to the show room was a must for me. Everything was on show and lots of advise at hand. My husband been an engineer was keen on the technical aspects and was impressed. I was interested in styles and colour and there is plenty of choice. We chose the range that we felt was best for our circumstances. A follow up visit by a sales man followed, a quote soon followed. At no point was there any pressure to buy. The installer was first class, polite, and very tidy being respectful of our decorations,working very hard. He knew his product and set the doors up lovely, taking his time to get it right so that they open and close great. The windows are finished off great and very little decorating was needed. No shoddy workmanship. In the following weeks I received all the guarantees a follow up call to see if we were satisfied and a bunch of flowers. Really impressed all round. Thankyou read more
