Great customer service. We came in to sign up for a phone but unfortunately could not... Yet! Here are some things to know if you're international. You need: 1) Austrian address 2) bank information 3) YOUR BANK CARD (yep, gotta wait for it to come in the mail before you can sign up) It's a bummer because my friend just moved here but has to wait more than a week because the bank card just hasn't come. All of the cell phone companies are like this so come prepared. They all speak English fairly well as well. read more
