Went to this store for an upgrade. My experience went well in the store and the salesperson was very helpful. All was going great until I got this text thanking me for purchasing "Protection360." Not only did I not purchase this service, but I was never asked by the salesperson if I wanted this. I only found out this service was added because of this text! I am very furious right now that this was snuck into my bill! After seeing this text, I do not recommend this store anymore. If you bought a phone from this location, I HIGHLY recommend you check your bill to make sure no unwanted service was added onto your bill. Going forward, I will only buy my phones online. read more

Terrible Customer Service - Would Not Recommend We had a very frustrating experience at this T-Mobile location. After clearly declining insurance, we were still charged for it. When we returned to resolve the issue, the female employee who had originally helped us tried to gaslight us, insisting that we had approved the charge, which we definitely did not. The service was unprofessional and dismissive. This is a 3rd party retailer, and I would strongly recommend making the drive to another location to avoid this kind of experience. Ugh this was a waste of 30 minutes of my life. I got a new phone 11 here in 2020 and it went fine. I went in today to trade it in for the iphone 14. Honestly, the differences between the different iphone 14s was not well explained ... But i chose what I wanted based on prior research. I had to stand and wait for the account to be located and then I was informed if I wanted to trade in the phone I would have to do financing for two years and not pay it off at once. Makes no sense but eventually I agreed. Then, I waited like 15 minutes while I found out they did not have the phone and little clarity on when they would have the phone. I just left and am going to the apple store instead. read more

I was having issues with my new phone. After calling a tech over the phone, he wasn't able to help me after a 2 hour conversation, pretty much told me to replace the phone. I didn't give up and called the SM T-Mobile store and Edgar seemed very knowledgeable, so I decided a walk in would be a good idea. I was greeted and assisted by Jovan. He had a few issues with the phone at first but was committed to make it work, which I really appreciated! After 30 minutes, he was able to activate the phone! Beats 2 hours in the phone!! Overall, all T-Mobile team members were very nice and knowledgeable. I had a great experience! I recommend this store 100%. read more

If I can give this store less than 1 star, I would! They have two young ladies working at that store and was appalled by the atrocious customer service my friend and I received by this girl's!! Not only were they unfriendly, but they also had the attitude as if we were lucky to been served by them! They would have their touch screen highly guarded as if it was for their eyes only! I asked her what was being typed down concerning my account, and she snapped back to me " I am setting up your account!" Again, attitude that was ugly and unprofessional . I asked her if I could see what she was applying to my account? With a disgust look on her face, she moved that writing tablet, maybe an inch towards my direction.. I asked her again if I can watch her set up my account and totally ignored my request. She then just walked away to the back of the store. There was another sales rep that started to do something right in front of me and I asked her what was the name of the girl that was helping me? I've had nothing but problems with this store, from start until present. They misrepresented their offer, they bungled the billing, which is still a problem after 4 months, they are not helpful, and in fact, rather rude. I would never recommend this store or T Mobile. I can't imagine why T-Mobile allows this contractor to represent them. We turned in two phones for "free phones" and then messed up the paper work, so corporate could only see that we had turned in one phone. Never go to this store! read more

Like others have previously said... unless you buy something from the store here, they have NO interest in helping you at all. Purchased a new iPhone through Apple (because their care plan is way better and worth it), went to go get new phone set up at this location because I wanted to get a new number and some new accessories. I went in, was not greeted, asked what I was there for and was rudely told that I could do my data transfer at home and did not need to be there. After I was handled with this attitude, I chose to not go on with my business here. Right before this, I went into AT&T with a family member and our customer service experiences were black and white from one another. After dissatisfying and rude customer service at T-Mobile, I took my new phone and went right back to AT&T to get a new phone plan there along with my new number AND all of the accessories. And may i add- AT&T set my new phone up perfectly and did not complain once about doing my data transfer. I get that the world is rough now a days, but customer service is still a thing and speaks measures! I would give zero stars if possible. read more

So let me start with great quality rep Luis. He knows his tech bilingual from either iOS or Android. He definitely doesn't just read the informational pamphlet. He knew pris and cons from both iphone 12 and Samsung galaxy s20ultra. He also sold us on the new timex for my 5yr old daughter! And not only that but a great deal on both our Samsung smart watches. These kid is amazing!! He definitely knows his stuff and shoes he enjoys his job. He made sure to reassure us on some glitches we were having with the phones we currently had and the watches. He also knew a lot about the insurance aspects for our devices. Once we received our items I went back to him to teach me how to use them as well as activate them and he took his time in mentoring me. I walked into the TMobile store today because I was having an issue with my phone. First off I was greeted as I walked in, the store is clean and kept up. I did notice they were assisting other customers my wait was about 15 minutes no big deal. The person that helped me was Maurico he was helpful and knowegable with my phone issue after removing the battery from my phone, replacing the SIM card and SD card turning my phone off and on ect....He explained what issue is could be. But in the end he apologized and told me I would need a new phone. read more

Make sure you get all the information on the bundle packs and read your contract. After spending 4 hours in the store trying to get my edge fixed I was talked into upgrading, "including $300 worth of accessories." Just know that its NOT included in the price of the phone like I was told. Not to mention Im still being charged for accessories on the phone i traded in. That also was not told to me. Good on the sales girl though, i went in to have my phone fixed and walked out with an upgraded phone and crap accessories i dont need. Unfortunately for me I just signed and wanted to get out of there. After 18 years of loyalty to tmobile they did nothing for customer satisfaction. Not helpful, I went there to see if I transfer from AT&T to lower my bill. They showed me one plan and that was it. It was $40 more then what I am paying now with AT&T. I asked if they was anything lower and I was shocked when they told me NO. I walked out. You go online at T-Mobile.com and the prices are way better. read more
