I have been a loyal customer since the Sprint/Nextel days back in the 90's, but after what I've experienced recently, I can honestly say I am furious with T‑Mobile's service. Last month, they double charged me for my payment. Instead of fixing their mistake, today they threatened to cut off my service. Just yesterday, I went into a T‑Mobile store where I was told my balance was zero. Less than 24 hours later, they demanded another payment. This is unacceptable. After decades of loyalty, I should not be treated this way. The incompetence, the lack of accountability, and the stress they've caused me are beyond frustrating. I want it to be clear: I would never recommend T‑Mobile to anyone. Their billing practices are unreliable, their customer service is dismissive, and their actions have left me angry and upset. Too bad you can't give zero stars. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time trying to return the internet gateway. Monalissa at this store said (very rudely) that we needed to call to cancel and go to the North Point store to return the item. The people at North Point said that wasn't true, I couldn't return it there, and said I needed to go back to the Roswell store. Back at the Roswell store, I called to cancel and was on the phone with the people they told me to call for 19 minutes (THIRTEEN minutes of that on hold!). A man came to the counter where my wife was standing, surely noticed I was having difficulties getting through, then just turned away and went about his business. My wife politely asked for the manager or if maybe he could help us. He snarled back "I am the manager. And don't talk AT me, talk TO me" You just don't treat customers so rudely, especially ladies. The manager asked for our receipt. Unfortunately between North Point and Roswell we lost it and he said he couldn't locate my order without it. REALLY????? In this day and age? Wouldn't even bother to look using the order date, my SSN, driver's license #, PIN, the gateway identifying #'s, etc. He said I can't help you, and then STAYED IN THE BACK ROOM FOR THE LAST 15 minutes of my call, leaving his employee Monalissa to deal with me. I'm sorry, that is not how someone manages an store and an unhappy customer. Gosh, I can go on an on... There's more but supposedly a district manager is going to call me so I can relay the entire story to them (yes, there's MORE!). You have so many choices for your telecommunication needs. You don't have to be treated like I was to save a few $$.... read more

This store cost me hundreds of dollars and several days of my life. While Diamond was lovely and kind, she gave me such incorrect information about my purchase (a phone and tablet to use internationally) that according to tmobile customer service I had no option but to return my devices and port my number back to another provider. Not only that, but despite having canceled my service within 3 days of purchase, they charged me hundreds of dollars in restocking fees, and have sent a bill for the entire first month to collections. I spoke with the manager twice, and she still refuses to acknowledge I was given any incorrect information, or assume any responsibility at all. She was the manager present while I was making my purchase and was consulted on multiple occasions. This was hands down the worst customer service I have received. I was so looking forward to switching to TMobile but this was (and continues to be) the absolute worst. If you must use TMobile, make sure you go to an actual TMobile store - this one is only an authorized retailer, so calling tmobile they said they couldn't do anything at all to help. read more

T.mobil 10800 Alpharetta Hwy Ste 304, Roswell, GA 30076 The person who seems to be the manager jumped in and interrupted the conversation between my wife and his staff. She was there to do a warranty exchange for the watches which my kids use. Our son who is in 3rd grade was along. He refused to do the exchange which T.mobil had already sent to his store saying that the devices were too scratched to be exchanged which is not the reality. When my wife expressed unhappiness he told her "With that attitude I am not going to help you". Later when I called him, he became threatening and told me that he will have me charged for tress pass. I told him that he is our nearest store and that I would ask him to bury the hatchet and let coolness prevail as my wife was having a hard day. I asked him why he treated my 5ft tall wife accompanied by our 3rd grader like an armed attacker to which he said that he has the whole episode recorded and that he will be notifying .... not sure who. Yes my experience was very long... i was in the store for about 4 hours and their was no wait when I walked in... I got saw as soon as I walked in the store and took about 5 mins for me to figure out what phone I wanted... the girl let us know that she was new but her coworker standing next to her was joking the entire time. I appreciated the humor but I was wanting to get out of the store, so that joking around wasn't exactly my top priority. The young man (Chris b.)was joking about my demeanor and continuously playing with the new girl saying "oh , you better hurry up, she(me) is getting upset" but proceeding to joke around and not help the young lady. He could tell that we were both very irritated. The assistant manager (monalissa)was also in the store but she said maybe 3 words to the young lady trying her best to get me out the store... it just seemed very unhelpful, as if nobody cared about me standing in this store for 4 hours... I get trying to let the girl figure it out herself but you must still care about the customers time. I think someone else should had taken over or ATLEAST helped her so I could buy my phone and leave. It was a problem with every step of the process and I was very unhappy while paying $400. read more
