I spent at one day like four hours talking to five different people from Verizon. Just trying to…read moreget another phone. They could not even get my shipping address right. Then I went to the Verizon store in new Braunfels in the Creekside shopping area and all they were were a bunch of worthless people that just gave excuses and no solutions. I've been a Verizon customer for 25 years and I was ready to go to Cricket. I walked into this place and a young lady by the name of Domonique was there to wait on me. She gave me outstanding service without all the stupid bullshit. She pulled up my information on the computer and saw all the service problems I've had from on the phone and she stepped up and took control, and I walked out of there with the phone without any headaches or hassles or extra cost. She restored my faith in Verizon and made sure I did not leave that store till all my phone needs were taken care of. She gave something that people have gotten away from in business and that is good service. I live in Canyon Lake, Texas, but I would be willing to come back all the way and drive to Portland Texas to deal with this young lady if I have any Verizon needs again. The only other closet though is a small pantry in the kitchen. No linen closet in the bathroom. I really wish the kitchen had more cupboards. It also only has two small drawers. Glad to have a dishwasher and microwave provided. The complex currently allow dogs which is both good and bad. I have two well trained dogs. I pick up after them and see others doing the same. There are those however that don't. I wish they had a policy to fine those that don't pick up after their dogs. That might help. I want my dogs to be good residents just as I want to be. Quiet and respectful of others. That isn't true of too many dogs and their owners in this complex. Dogs barking is a big problem. There are dogs on balconies unattended that bark. There are dogs on balconies that bark with their owners present doing little to stop them. There are dogs in apartments that bark shockingly loudly at the windows when you walk around the complex. I feel sorry for their neighbors. Evidently very tolerant. I even had another tenant's dogs attack and bite my dog. It seems the complex wants to allow dogs (which is great) but doesn't actively attend to the potential problems caused by dog owners that don't respect their neighbors. They do credit checks on potential tenants but don't do any sort of check on the dogs before allowing them. Something like a simple bark and/or obedience test would go a long way to having not only creditworthy tenants but well behaved dogs. I think if this complex can resolve the dog issues it would easily be a 4 or 5 star place to live.

They were very informative and willing to show us more than one apt available. They answered all of our questions and were very accommodating. The property was beautiful and very well picked up. The homes were all nice and had some great uniqueness like built in desks and a built in book shelves. Decent closet space. Overall, very positive experience. We chose a different location that fit our needs best in another town due to work locations.
