In very, very disappointed with the porterville staff. I've been a loyal T MobIle customer for many years. I've never had any issues with them. October I added a line and was lied to about pricing and then he denied he said the things he said. I was actually being charge for an extra line I told them I didn't want or need. Every time I'd go in to talk to them about it they were too busy to fix it. The second time I went in today, due to them being too busy, I was told the manager was on a call and could I come back in three hours. No .:....I drove 45 minutes to get there to begin with. We went in today (12/16/22 at 2pm) to purchase a iPhone. At check out, the sales representative said we must purchase a case and screen protector because they needed to make sure the phone was protected. That sounded not right. We are loyal T-Mobile customers and have never heard of a store with a policy like this. We immediately left and called 611 (customer service) where they confirmed: NO POLICY EXISTS. Be very careful -- be sure to get what you are promised. This turned out to be a comedy of errors. Also, most calls to customer support took from 20 minutes to one hour to get through to a person; the only exceptions were a few calls I made at about 1 AM. I signed up for what they called a "free trial" of their "unlimited data" plan. I asked for two talk-only SIM cards and one data and talk SIM card. They messed up and sent me two data-only SIM cards along with the data and talk SIM card. When I phoned to tell inform them of their error, the rep. said I would have to wait until the end of the first month for them to change the data-only cards to talk-only, naturally this would be beyond the end of the "free trial". I posted a poor review on their survey form. The next day a supervisor called me and he was able to switch the data-only cards to talk only in just a few minutes. Their "unlimited data" plan came up against a data slow-down. I called again (another hour waiting to get through). Only then did they let me in on the secret that the "unlimited data" plan only applies to data to the cellphone, not to the computer connected to the cellphone, so the "unlimited data" plan was basically useless for me. I cancelled 3 days before the end of the "free trial" period -- but a few days later they charged my credit card $71 anyway. I phoned to ask for a refund of this incorrect charge. They said they would do it. But the credit never came through, only an additional charge for half-a-month. Must I fill out the forms with my credit card company to flag these charges as fraudulent? I came in on vacation. Already a bit moody because I lost internet service on my phone for a few days and I use it a lot for work. Juan took great care of me and did all he could to find the solution to my problem. Very helpful, patient and knows what great customer service is all about. Let's see... I came to T-Mobile right when it open Friday the 8th a few days ago to switch from at&t. Due to bad luck with customers service with them. Goal was just get a deal on a phone and dip like a chip. Guess what?.. The luck never fails to follow me. Felt like the lady that help me had no clue of what she was doing always asking her co workers for help. Everything I asked she kept fumbling in her words and as of now I still don't know what happened. She kept trying to up sale me on this tablet that I had no use for. Think she got upset when I turned it down then she left to lunch passing me over to someone else for more confusion. I was supposed to be in the T-Mobile one plan or so so and I'm not. This went out the wall now I feel like a fool like wow.. All I wanted the three iPhone 6s with my three new lines out the door. They only had one in stock and she promised me it the other two will be shipped and be there by Monday that was yesterday. Just my luck guess they don't do weekend shipping somebody should've just told me butttt it was early so it could've shipped before noon on there behalf. Also I was informed once I'll be pro rated for my bill for my switch over. So I'm stuck paying my AT&T's bill and this months bill for T-Mobile. I would of just waited til March to switch or went to metro pcs. So over all I'm disappointed it's not even including the struggles unlocking my phone.
