Horribly rude male manager Paul, not willing to fix mistakes he made in billing. Would not recommend giving them any money business unless you want to be met with hidden fees and disrespectful employees. Avoid this place at all costs. The "Manager" is extremely rude and disinretested in anything that requires work. The rest of the staff are lazy and mentally handicapped. These people have no concept of customer service. I'd give no stars if I could. read more

Terrible customer service. I called the store asking if I (a current T-Mobile customer) needed to physically bring in a new phone to activate a line for it. Jake the manager said I did but he could add a new line to my account with no activation fee as it was a special promotional offer. When I brought the physical phone a couple days later Jake was not there and neither of the two employees there were able or willing to activate my new phone even though a line had already been added to my account. One male employee in particular was patronizing and rude and insisted he could not help me--only Jake could because Jake had the codes. ??? (I asked if Jake was the ONLY T-Mobile employee who could help me.) This was not a problem, he told me condescendingly, because I could just come back tomorrow when Jake would be back from 2-8. Long story short I called T-Mobile and they were able to handle everything over the phone and were incredibly gracious, professional and apologetic for the conduct of the Store employees. read more

Worst retail experience ever! Bought 3 iPhones at Plymouth, MI store. Paul, assistant manager was extremely rude and told us to leave when trying to return 1 phone only 4 days later (return policy is up to 14 days) because it shipped to wrong state and was wrong model. Customer service was totally useless too, wasted 40 more minutes talking to them. We were trying to switch over from another carrier, they have no care at all. Save yourself time and the hassle and go somewhere else! read more

This place is a total joke. They charge you for stuff you don't order and call it a " bundle". Then refuse to return it. I'm sorry that's called fraud. Paul, the manager, who is not actually the manger asked us to leave his store when we tried to return the stuff we didn't actually order. Do yourself a favor if there is another T Mobile within 30 minutes of your house go there. read more

I have never been treated, disrespected or talked to by any customer service person the way I just was by the employees at this T-Mobile. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over ten years and I have always been more than happy with the service and the in store experience. I will not return to this store again. Terrible experience, condescending young employees and overall the worst interaction with a T-Mobile representative in over 10 years. read more
