I was so frustrated at first, I told them to come out and give me an estimate on a new system as I was on a deadline to get my business open. When he came out and looked at everything for an estimate, I told him how much time and research I had put into installing the door strikes, Rex, and rfid readers, and how much money I had already spent and still needed to figure out a cheap camera system. He said he couldn't do cheap cameras but he could do reasonable and high quality. He made a deal with me that if he fixed my screw up with the door system, I give his company the security camera system job, he gave me a rough quote and I agreed, turns out I had a defective power supply for my access control system and it only took him 35 minutes or so to figure it out. He came out a few days later and installed 8 cameras and replaced the power supply, I tipped him well because he saved me a couple grand and a lot of headaches. I highly recommend!!
