Turns out no one made it and that why never received text. They apologized and the created it right away for me. The manager even gave it to me half price, which was very generous, great customer service. They had the store clean and the manager did a great job of keeping people safe and adhering customers to the social distancing regulations.

Manager was incredibly unhelpful snobby condescending and rude. I went to try on a pair of boots…read moreafter the other store in town saw that this store had a pair close to the size I needed before I traded in a pair I got out of state that didn't fit for a new pair. Before I could explain my reasoning for visiting the store was only to try boots on this manager was on the phone with costumer support yet he refused to call the other store for guidance on the matter. While on the phone he was extremely condescending towards me. I had to interrupt his conversation to let him know I only wanted to try on boots and I would trade my others in at the store across town since he was making a big deal over this ordeal. I finally got to try on the boots I came to look at and explained they didn't fit. He then tried to tell me that the boots did indeed fit because the E size I tried on did fit. I in fact have never worn or tried on a size E in that boot, showing his lack of attention to customer care. Manager then tried to use his "14 years of experience" to say that the boots I tried on did indeed fit and I left in order to get better service across town. Don't visit this store if you want good service.
