ATEL is able to broker all the carriers against one another to ensure the lowest price. ATEL is also much better that the carrier direct sales people when it comes to designing a wide area network for a business with multiple locations. Mounting Canvas TVs (great TVs, horrible mounting system), setting up Sonos bars and hiding the cords in walls so it fits seamlessly. It honestly looks like a painting when not in use when there arent cords ruining the aesthetic. They even had a drywall guy that came the same day for the work outside their scope. The sales girl Lorena helped me and insisted that the phone I was receiving had Maps. We figured out it didn't even have a store app like Playstore or anything on there. I came to return the phone or at least pay the difference for a better phone. Lorena stated there were no returns allowed. I was very shocked of the poor customer service I received. I spend almost $100 for a phone I can't even use. After over 10 years with Metro Pcs will be changing my service.
